~ Please observe our HOUSE RULES. ~

We have these rules in place to maintain the highest quality stay for our guests!
- Absolutely no parties or excessive noise. We respect our neighbors and do not want to offend or infringe.
- Please help us respect our neighbors by adhering to the quiet hours from 10:00pm to 8:00am.
- Absolutely no glass of any kind outside (no glass drink cups, no beer bottles, no breakable dishes).
- No smoking of any kind inside, including vaping. Smoking is allowed outdoors only. Please dispose of cigarette butts properly - never leave them on the ground. Additional cleaning fees will apply. No marijuana of any kind anywhere on the premises.
- Please be respectful of our home and the furnishings (no muddy shoes inside, no wet swim suits or wet towels on the furniture, etc.).
- Don't leave the back or front door open for long periods as to keep the temperature steady and keep bugs outside.
- We hope you enjoy the amenities while visiting but kindly turn off the playroom a/c, gamer oom a/c, fire pit, and grill when not in use.
- When finished with items (hammock, pool floats and toys, games, etc.) please return them to the original location.
- The indoor fireplace is not available for use at this time.
- Children are only allowed in the pool or hot tub with adult supervision.
- Use of confetti or glitter will result in a fine due to the difficulty in cleaning afterwards.
- Please let us know if the propane tank runs out. We do have extras in the garage under the air hockey table, but we need to know so we can get it refilled.
- Make sure to close the primary shower door well to minimize water getting out on the bathroom floor. Also be gentle with the door since it is heavy glass.
- Check-in time is 4:00pm.
- Guests which were not included in the original reservation headcount are not allowed. Please notify us of any changes beforehand.
- No pets.
- No street parking without prior authorization after a phone call with us. Garage parking is not available.
- Checkout is 11:00am.


Camera Disclosure:
We have two, actively recording cameras overlooking the driveway and backyard which record video and audio upon live motion movement in the area. These cameras are on the exterior of the property and in no way shape or form point inside the house to protect your privacy. There are also two smart home devices which actively record noise decibel levels. These smart home devices do NOT record audio or video. Devices are on 24/7.

We reserve the right to cancel your reservation, enforce fines and keep your security deposit if these rules are broken. Booking of this property is an acceptance of house rules.
