This incredible four bedroom, five and a half bath family home can comfortably sleep eight adults, or up to twelve if you are travelling with children/teens.

The Villa is located less than a mile from the newest and most sought after development, South Bank and the accompanying South Bank Marina and Lua Restaurant. It's just 3 miles from the #1 rated beach in the world, Grace Bay Beach, and 2 miles from Long Bay Beach, a kite boarders mecca.

Hilltop HideAway features custom woodwork and cabinetry throughout which was designed and built locally. The open concept living room, dining room and kitchen boast 13 foot ceilings, central air and breathtaking elevated western views capturing sunsets over the iconic turquoise ocean and ‘Salinas’ of the Turks and Caicos Islands.

INDOOR SPACE:

GROUND LEVEL ROOMS:

Kitchen: Hire a chef, or enjoy cooking and entertaining in the fully equipped kitchen with Italian made 5 burner gas range and wall oven. The kitchen also features a Bosch dishwasher & 36 inch fridge/freezer with built in ice maker, a Kitchen Aid microwave, a beverage centre and coffee station with Gaggia cafetière.

DINING:

Inside: The handcrafted locally made indoor dining table can seat 14.

Outside: sheltered from the rain and the mid-day sun, is a charming round table with a lazy Susan, also designed and built locally, that comfortably seats 8.

Living room: Make yourself at home! Lounge away on the comfy sofa. Put your feet up after a long day at the beach and watch your favourite movie on the Samsung Frame Smart TV. If you want a little break from technology, you'll find a credenza full of board games, puzzles and books to entertain you. If you like to listen to music, you can connect your phone to the sound system using Bluetooth or *Sound-form connect and listen to music inside and out.

Media Room: Located on the main level. This room features a 4K ULTRA HD 86 inch Smart TV, a big comfy couch, a bean bag chair and its own split AC unit: The ideal room for a movie night. Conveniently, this room has a full ensuite bathroom, blackout blinds and the couch can be configured into a queen size bed creating a fifth bedroom if needed.

Powder Room

Laundry room: Large capacity stacked Samsung washer and dryer, large utility sink, iron and ironing board and plenty of spare towels. This is where you'll also find additional essential items and cleaning supplies if needed. The laundry room exits to a clothes line, so if you like to live green, hang your laundry outside in the sun and the breeze and let mother nature work her magic :)

Bedroom #2: This bedroom features a king size bed, room darkening blinds and drapery, split AC unit, built-in closet and ensuite bathroom. The ensuite bathroom has sliding glass doors which open to a small covered patio with an outdoor shower and bathtub. From the bedroom, large sliding glass doors open to a western facing ground-level balcony; the perfect spot to enjoy a quiet morning coffee or a sunset.

Bedroom #3: This bedroom features a queen size bed with two twin XL bunkbeds. It has a built-in closet, desk and chair, room darkening blinds and drapery, split AC unit and ensuite bathroom. Large sliding glass doors open to a western facing ground-level balcony.

SECOND FLOOR ROOMS:

Master Bedroom: This bedroom features a King Size bed, 4K Smart TV, central AC and room darkening blinds and drapery. A large walk-through closet leads to a massive ensuite bathroom with his and her waterfall shower, double vanity, bathtub, WC and a massive picture window. Large sliding glass doors open to a western facing balcony with panoramic views of the Salinas and the Caribbean Sea due West/North West, and the prestigious South Bank Resort and Marina due South/South West.

OUTDOOR SPACE:

Park yourself on one of the pool side chaise loungers to soak in some sun. Cool off in the 30' pool with bench seating and enjoy the panoramic views. Relax in the hammock under a canopy of swaying palm trees and listen to the palm fronds blowing in the wind. Cuddle up with your favourite book on the huge outdoor sofa. At night you can turn on the propane fire pit and crank up the sound on the outdoor speakers to create an atmosphere of warmth and fun. Grill up some locally caught fish on the outdoor grill and dine al Fresca.

PARKING:

There is parking for 4 vehicles under the carports. The property is fully fenced in and has an automated gated entry.

GOOD TO KNOW : The house is conveniently equipped with a propane powered generator able to generate electricity for the entire house in the event of a power outage. Power outages are fairly common in the Caribbean. This feature gives you peace of mind knowing that if the power goes out, the generator will automatically turn on, and keep the house running as it should for the duration of the power outage.


PLEASE NOTE: While the entire Villa, front yard, back yard driveway and carports are exclusively private, there is a garage and garage apartment at the front of the property with a separate driveway reserved for owners use. This apartment is occasionally occupied by the owner when on island for work.

We realize that privacy is of the utmost importance to our guests when on holiday. Landscaping, privacy screen and windows placement/treatments were all designed and executed with that in mind.
