Dear guests. Thank you for taking the time out to write a review and we are happy that you had a great stay. I was a bit curious to know the path you walked that took 20 minutes to the beech. But then again that depends on how ones walking. Which could be 8 minutes and as up to an hour based on who and how. So will leave it like that. Thanks again for sharing your experience.

Dear Nick, Thank you for your feedback and for staying with us. We truly appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. We are pleased to know that overall your stay was satisfactory, though we are genuinely sorry to hear that certain aspects did not meet your expectations. At our level of service, guest comfort and attention to detail are extremely important to us. We would like to note that had we been informed of any concerns during your stay—such as the remote controls or connectivity on one of the TVs—our team would have addressed these immediately. These are minor matters that can typically be resolved very quickly, and we are always on hand to assist in real time. Regarding the pool, it was recently fully remodeled, including a new diamond brite finish. Unfortunately, a structural issue caused a crack shortly after completion. Due to a full schedule of back-to-back reservations, we have not yet had the opportunity to carry out the necessary repair, but this is already planned to be resolved at the earliest availability window. In terms of beach access, we do clearly communicate that the walk is approximately 8–10 minutes. However, we also offer a complimentary private minivan service for our guests, along with beach setup including chairs and umbrellas, to ensure a seamless and comfortable experience without the need to walk unless preferred. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused and only wish we had the opportunity to resolve these matters for you during your stay. Your feedback is valuable and helps us continue to refine and elevate our guest experience. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you again in the future and provide the flawless experience we are known for. Warm regards, Kenard
