Bayside Resort offers optional amenity passes for guests ages 5 and older who would like to use the community amenities, including the swimming pools.

Amenity access is optional and is not required for your stay. However, if your party would like to use the community amenities, the HOA requires guests to purchase either a 3-day pass or a 7-day pass in advance.

Fees & Charges

Amenity passes are charged per person.

Summer Season: May 16 – September 22

7-Day Pass — 7 consecutive days
$115 per person

3-Day Pass — 3 consecutive days
$70 per person

Off Season: January 1 – May 15 and September 23 – December 31

7-Day Pass — 7 consecutive days
$70 per person

3-Day Pass — 3 consecutive days
$45 per person

Additional Required Fees
**A 3.5% credit card processing fee applies to HOA swimming pool pass payments.**
**Per Bayside HOA rules, a $5 fee per pass will be charged for late requests or changes made with less than 7 days’ notice before the reservation start date.**

This is an enforced HOA policy, and no exceptions can be made. All amenity pass fees are set by the HOA and are non-refundable. This is a separate HOA-related charge and is not included in the reservation total.

To Request Amenity Passes

Please message us with:

1. Number of passes needed
2. Pass type requested: 3-day or 7-day
3. Full names and ages of guests who need passes

Once we receive the required guest information and confirm the number of passes needed, we will provide payment instructions through a third-party payment processor so we can complete the amenity registration with the HOA.
