********Optional Resort Passes for Pool, Fitness, Shuttle to beach, tennis are seasonally available and are as follows for the 2025 season: $115 / person / week or $70 / person / 3 day pass (subject to change). This rate changes each year. Contact owner for details and purchase of passes separately.***

Passes can be picked up at the Aquatic Center when you enter the community.

Bicycles - ALL bike riders must wear a helmet, you must bring your own helmet (and air pump for tires). You are welcome to use our families bicycles that are there at your own risk. When renting this unit, you are accepting all risk and liability if you choose to use our bicycles instead of bringing your own. Again, in DE helmets must be worn or you are subject to getting fined. YOU MUST BRING YOUR OWN HELMETS. Also a good idea to bring an air pump for the tires in case they get low. Enjoy!

Nicely maintained townhouse across the street from pools/tennis/playground. Refreshing to deal with an engaged owner rather than a management company. Overall it has everything you need, nicely but not overly decorated, updated with modern appliances.If you plan to do much cooking you might want to bring your own knives and pans since the ones there seem to have been used thoroughly on each other, but that’s nearly universal for vacation rentals in my experience. It might not be the best option for very small children since there are a lot of stairs that are tough to block, but you can make it work. Bayside is great and the proximity to Sun Ridge is obviously key.

It was perfectly located. Within walking distance to the pool. The kitchen was perfectly appointed. The house was a great size for three couples to enjoy for a short getaway.

Bayside townhome

We had an excellent experience at this Bayside Resort townhome. Great location for visiting Fenwick and OCMD. Close to many shops, restaurants, and groceries. Stayed in this community many times and always had a good experience.

Great Summer Beach Stay

Stayed here with my family of 5, including 3 kids under 10. The place was very spacious, clean and well decorated and laid out. For us, it had everything we needed. The kids loved being so close to the pool which we visited pretty much daily. The beach is a short drive away. All in all we were very pleased with our stay. Thanks!

We had a great stay at this Bayside property. The owners were very communicative and immediately responded to any questions that we had. The house was very clean and exactly as described in the listing. We would absolutely rent again.

LOTS OF SPACE!

Plenty of space to spread out and relax! great size kitchen - nice having laundry on the 3rd level with the bedrooms. Our stay was just after Labor Day, and the cleaning crew needs to do better! But overall, the house is great.

Pleasantly Surprised

This is the first time we have ever used VRBO or any service like that. The process was a little overwhelming at first with some things, but Jeff made it easy for us. Coming from a single story house it took some getting used to going up 3 stories..... But we made it... Plenty of seating and slept well too..... Would definitely stay again if we were in the area.

Great Stay at the Bayside!

Jeff was very informative and very quick to answer any questions that we had. The Bayside community was perfect for our family’s vacation needs. Jeff’s place was right across the street from the Sunridge pool complex which had 2 pools, a splash park for kids, foosball table, and ping pong. This access was extra but well worth it! The beach was only a few min drive away and parking wasn’t an issue for us. House was well appointed and very clean, we would definitely stay here again.

Great Location, Great Place

We really enjoyed our stay at Jeff’s place. The house was in the perfect location to get to the pool across the street. We had a multi generational trip from 4 month old to 81. And everyone had a blast. The owner was great with communicating and prompt anytime I had a question.

Nice house, but dirty and not pandemic safe. Must pay for amenety access.

We booked this place because it was nice and had a lot of things to do. However nothing at this resort can be used accept for the playground unless you pay 50$ a person for 3 day access. I had a group 9. That would have been 450 on top of the price we were charged to stay. Ridiculous unless you only plan on staying on the resort property the whole trip. Booked about 3 months in advanced and was told by the owner less than a month before trip. Check in was 4. Showed up early and had to find something to do for 2 hrs to kill time. Once going in the house we instantly noticed a foul smell. So we walk through recording a video to make sure we do not get charged for previous renter damage. Crumbs all over kitchen, counters and tables dirty with food. Floors with debris all over can tell it wasn't vacuumed, bathrooms not cleaned at all, patio furniture dirty and moldy. The worst part was that after walking through the whole house the cleaner walks into the house saying they are here to clean after our check in time which means we walked through a house that was not disinfected and cleaned. That is a nightmare dure a pandemic that is killing people. So we had to wait another hour in 90+ weather with young children just to go in after and see the same crumbs and dirt. And the smell from the garbage disposal in kitchen sink was horrible and filled the whole kitchen. And also the whole house is infested with ants. I was offer a 50$ refund only because thats what the cleaning company refunded the owner and a 2 HR later check out time. Not worth it. Stay at a hotel they are better prepared, cleaned and disinfected than anything in this house.

Had a great time

We had an amazing time! The house was so nice and spacious. Plenty of bathrooms too! The Bayside community is amazing! The pool is right across from the house which was really nice! Next time we plan on staying longer so we can enjoy all there is to offer.

Fantastic community

My wife and I had a great vacation with our young children (6/3/1)! Everything in the house was well maintained and our hosts were super quick to respond to any questions and provided a ton of good recommendations for the area. Everything functioned well, including a full kitchen, washer, and dryer. We had an easy 10 min ride to the beach. The house was in a perfect location within the community: just across the street from a pool (heated), splash pad, tot lot playground, outdoor basketball and tennis/pickle ball courts, and easy access to golf. The pool did require an extra activity fee but was worth it. Plenty of parking available in front of the house. The community was quiet at night and (after very quickly repairing the HVAC) the rooms in the home were comfortable. Very convenient shopping center right outside the community with Harris Teeter, gas station and restaurants, which was helpful because you need to bring your own supplies as a far as soap, sponges, trash bags, TP, ect... Would definitely stay here again!

a great summer getaway

Jeffrey provided us with lots of detailed information prior to our stay, which made for a smooth trip. The home is spacious with lots of natural sunlight. It was very clean, and the kitchen had everything that we needed. There was great water pressure, especially for a third floor, too! The location is convenient to the pool, tennis courts, and more, and the neighborhood was so friendly! We had fun riding the bikes that were provided, and we can't wait to return. Thanks for helping us to get summer off to a fun start!

Another Great Stay at Bayside

This was our second year at this property. And it was another 5 star visit. Great location close to amenities so the kids could walk or bike wherever they wanted. House has everything you need. Bayside is a great place for the whole family. Looking forward to future visits!!!

2nd Stay Here...

This is our 2nd stay here with Jeff at his beautiful condo. Loved it just as much as the first time we stayed last summer. Love the location, convenience of being across the street from the pools, spacious rooms in the home. We had 8 people with us this time and there was still plenty of space to spare. Jeff is quick to communicate with you as well. Hoping to be back again next year!

2 family getaway

Plenty of space for 2 families of 4 to spread out. Great location across from main pool with lots of fun activities for kids in age range from 6-9. Very family friendly community. House was central to all the activites we wanted to do on our trip. Few complaints are lack of barbeque utensils for grill use, bikes available in unit were all too big for kids to use, and owner forgot to email me check in process until I contacted him when we were half way there. Having said that, he responded immediately when I sent him a message and we were able to easily pick up the disposable items at one of the nearby stores he suggested. Overall we had a great trip and are already talking of returning next year.
