GOOD TO KNOW BEFORE BOOKING:

*Check-in: 3:00 PM | Check-out: 10:00 AM

*Primary renter must be 25+ years old and present during the stay.

*Parking & Boat Launch

*Max 2 vehicles (first-come, first-served onsite parking).

*Small boat launch available on-site near Building H gravel lot.

*10' x 24' boat slip available for an additional fee (suited for small V-bottom boats).

COMPLEX RULES (Strictly Enforced by HOA):

*No Pets: Per HOA rules, animals are strictly prohibited.

*No Parties/Events: Bachelorette, bachelor, or large gatherings are strictly banned.

*Quiet Hours: 12:00 AM to 9:00 AM.

*No Smoking: Strictly prohibited inside the unit and on the private patio.

*Grill Rule: Only the provided electric grill is allowed (no charcoal/propane per HOA).

POOL ACCESS: Open seasonally from Memorial Day Weekend through Labor Day Weekend (9:00 AM – 12:00 AM).

ENTERTAINMENT & POLICIES:

*TVs: Smart TVs provided (please use your personal streaming logins).
