Lovely villa in a quiet town
The chalet was lovely with modern yet fashionable and tasteful decor.
It was great having parking underneath and having the summer card and use of the lake in our door step was a real bonus.
The main problem was the lack of information provided both in the chalets facilites (ie even some of the pans in the draw don’t work on an induction hob?!) but mostly no advise or information on the local area, restaurants recommended, places to hire bikes etc, places of interest to visits. Not even a visitors book to see what previous tenants would recommend. In nearly every villa/chalet I have ever rented in the past there is some kind of information provided. The reception in Piedesdirf wasn’t particularly helpful especially as some staff didn’t speak English.
The weather wasn’t great during our stay so some advise on places to go would have been useful.
Also in the first few days there chalets were quiet busy and the noise from neighbouring apartments was quiet disturbing. Especially the dragging of chairs on the floor in the dining room and balcony!
