The apartment includes a spacious bathroom equipped with both a bathtub and a separate shower, allowing guests to relax after a busy day exploring Berlin. A washing machine is also available, making longer stays especially convenient. In addition, there is a separate guest toilet, helping larger groups enjoy greater comfort during busy mornings. Fresh towels and bed linens are provided for every guest, so you can travel light and settle in immediately upon arrival.

Your arrival is designed to be smooth and stress-free with a fully contactless self-check-in process. Three days before your arrival, you will receive a secure link to complete your online check-in. Once completed, your personal door access code and detailed arrival instructions will be sent to you. From 3:00 PM onwards, you can access the apartment independently without the need to meet anyone in person, giving you complete flexibility regardless of your arrival time.

Your privacy and security are important. For the protection of both guests and the property, CCTV cameras are installed only at the building entrance and within the stairwell. There are no cameras inside the apartment, allowing you to enjoy your stay with complete privacy.

In accordance with local regulations, Berlin's mandatory Culture and Tourism Tax of 7.5% is not included in the accommodation price and will be collected separately during the online check-in process.
