This rental also has one assigned parking space.



This ground-level condo is tucked away in a quiet corner of the island in the West Bay Point and Moorings condo complex. You'll be one mile from the pristine powder sands of the Gulf of Mexico, and you can walk to bars, restaurants, a liquor store, and a gallery right from home. Hop on the free trolley and head south to Bradenton Beach or north to Pine Avenue for boutiques, eateries, and must-see sights.



This lovely rental boasts Florida chic style in comfortable luxury. The living room opens to the enclosed lanai with floor-to-ceiling windows, providing you with plenty of Florida sunshine whether you're enjoying each other's company, catching up on your reading, or savoring the delicious meal you just cooked in the full kitchen. This property's maximum occupancy is limited to 4 guests. All guests occupying this property who are under the age of 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

Heated Pools may not be available if temperatures drop below 65 degrees.

We will not be accepting payments for pool heat for the months of May through October.

Code enforcement notification: You are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property.

Very nice setting. Well equipped. Very close to pool area. Very nice neighbors. Maintenance staff was prompt and took care of our needs. The only complaint is that the carpet needs to be cleaned or replaced.

Terrific location, nice furnishings

While small, the unit has very functional spaces. The location in Holmes Beach is really convenient to the island. There's a dock around the back side of the development that offers fishing and access to a boat if you have a friend with one. Only downside was that the kitchen appliances are old and a bit balky (countertop microwave would occasionally fail, as would the old toaster; stovetop is the old coils that tilt, making it challenging to cook eggs).

Quiet and close to pool

We’ll equipped kitchen, comfy beds, great location . The carpet really needs to be replaced or deep cleaned. The kitchen cabinets should be replaced, very old. It would be nice to have the front entrance a patio as there is no place to sit in the sun.

Lovely Home

Very roomy and exceptionally well equipped home. Nicely furnished and has everything you need. Ample towels and also plenty of beach towels. Great location on a lovely development. Situated really close to the pool which was seldom used and almost like our own private place. Nice outside space where we breakfasted every day. We did have a couple of maintenance issues but they were sorted by the rental agent.

January Stay

We very much enjoyed our stay, however there were a few issue. One major issue was that the king size bed was VERY difficult to get into as it came to my waist. I had to use a chair to get into the bed which was very inconvenient. Also, some minor issues was the lack of bathroom towels; mostly hand towels. There was only one potholder, one kitchen towel and one kitchen dishrag. We had to buy additional kitchen towels and potholders. We had to purchase cleaning supplies to clean the place. Most places we have stayed previously have had supplies available. There were no directions as to what to do at the end of our stay, we had to contact the management company to ask what to do. Overall our stay was great, these are just a few issues which can be easily rectified. The bed was a major issue and I would not stay in this place or recommend it to others unless that issue was rectified first.
