Our stay was amazing! While it’s a public beach, the public beach accesses are far enough way that you almost feel it’s a private beach. Highly recommend. We will definitely be back to AMI!

As usual Waters Edge was fabulous! Condo neat and clean.. Partial beach view from balcony. Pool was clean and warm. Beach was fantastic. Love AMI and can’t wait to return to Waters Edge.

The ocean views were spectacular! Location was breathless! Communication, welcome were exceptional! The only snag was there was a day that the unit needed a maintenance service call and we felt the need to be gone for five hours!Highly recommend! Again, beach and pool amazing! Condo very nice! Thank you! We have already recommended this to several,friends

Great stay

Short distance to Beach. Away from the crowded beaches. In a great location. Older apartment could use some bathroom upgrades.

The condo was clean and had everything we needed. The location was great ... quiet, not crowded, and central to everything, Loved being able to sit on the deck with my morning coffee and listen to the waves. The pool was nice, and there were 8 sea turtle nests on the beach in our vicinity.

Amazing stay

The property was so quiet and location was perfection. Itvwas clean and decorated so cute. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. Ww will definitely stay here again

Great Location

This condo was a great find - we have never been to Anna Maria Island before so we didn't know what to expect. It was so easy to check in and enter, and the location was excellent. The unit itself is clean and kept up, and the complex itself was VERY quiet! Beautiful pool and very clean, easy-to-access beach was great to have too.

Great property

Great location and very nice property. Everyone in the units were super friendly. Property was fully stocked with needed things. Laundry was combo and easy to access/use. Looking forward to returning.

My teenage son and I spent the week at this perfectly placed condo. Everything went off without a hitch. The check-in process was super easy and the communication from the Management team was very thorough and polite. I got text messages from an actual person who was very responsive and addressed any questions I had immediately. There were plenty of places to eat nearby. The grocery store was not too far, but you would definitely need either car or share-ride to get there. The beach in front of the condo was excellent. The water was great and clear. We didn’t have any problems setting up for a day at the beach. In fact, there were chairs and other useful accessories there in the condo for us. We didn’t swim in the pool, but there were several families who were having a great time out there. The pool was clean and there wasn’t sand on the bottom. It was definitely quiet, per the rules, and almost made you feel like we were the only ones on the 2nd floor. The parking was easy as we had a designated space. The only thing that was a little confusing was the doors not being marked to walk up the stairs from the garage. We would definitely stay there again!

Family vacation

This was our first time to AMI and absolutely loved it! Condo was located in a great spot to easily access north Anna Maria and Bradenton beach attractions. We highly recommend getting a golf cart. The condo was well equipped and beach was amazing! Easy walk to and from the unit to the beach. We would definitely stay at this property again. Check in process was a bit confusing because we came in at 9:00 pm and had no access codes but it was resolved quickly.

Hi jenna!! Thank you for the nice review! Our codes are always sent out 3-days prior to the arrival date, and then AGAIN the day of before 4pm. We use the phone number given by guest and put them on file. I'm so glad to hear everything was resolved, and your stay from there on out was splendid! We'd love to have you again!

Dissatisfied

Condo was outdated and had ants. Even after we called to have it sprayed there was still a lot of ants. AC in MBR was weak. Kind of stuffy. I expected more for the price.

Excellent service from the host. All issues found resolved quickly. Midline at Island Real Estate Vacation was incredible. We will for sure return to Anna Maria Island. Gorgeous beach and awesome people.
