Welcome to the 3-room, non-smoking vacation apartment "A08-1,"<br><br>. The apartment is located on the 8th floor and has an east-facing balcony. From here, you can't only see Hansapark but also enjoy a beautiful view of the Baltic Sea in the distance. The first bedroom, featuring floor-to-ceiling windows, has a double bed (2 x 90 cm x 200 cm). The window cannot be opened, but it offers a view of the Baltic Sea—wake up to the sight of the sea, and let your day begin! The second, interior bedroom features a bunk bed (each bed 90 cm x 200 cm). The small, modern kitchen is equipped with an oven and stove and is integrated into the dining and living area. The apartment has its own washing machine. The bathroom with a bathtub is located inside the apartment. The beach is just a few minutes’ walk away. Parking space included. <br><br>The vacation rental offers our guests free Wi-Fi during their stay. <br><br>Please bring your own bed linens and towels, or you can rent them for a fee for the duration of your stay. <br><br>From spring through late summer, swallows may nest in the upper areas of the balconies. The birds and their nests are strictly protected under nature conservation laws and must not be removed. As a rule, the balconies can still be used during the breeding season.<br><br>All of our properties are non-smoking.<br><br>There is a children’s playground on the grounds, as well as a swimming pool nearby.<br>Use of the swimming pool at the Panoramic complex is included for you during your stay with us.<br><br><br>Complex:<br><br> The Panoramic apartment complex in Sierksdorf is located near the beach on the Bay of Lübeck and offers the perfect setting for a relaxing vacation on the Baltic Sea. The complex features 1- to 3-room vacation apartments for up to 4 people, spread from the first floor up to the 18th floor, easily accessible by elevator or stairs. The elevator goes up to the second-to-last floor; some apartments on the upper floors are accessible only via the staircase. All vacation apartments feature a balcony or terrace, many of which offer wonderful ocean views. <br><br>The complex combines beachfront living with the natural charm of the Baltic Sea: Between spring and late summer, swallows occasionally nest in the upper balcony areas. These protected animals are part of the natural environment; of course, the balconies remain fully usable. <br>Please note that the apartment complex is not wheelchair accessible<br><br>A great perk: Admission to the heated indoor pool at the Panoramic complex is included for our guests during opening hours.<br>There is a playground right on the premises, and the tennis court is available for a fee. <br><br>Shopping options are about 2 km away in the town center, and dining options are just 400 m away.
