Fantastic location across street from Anini beach. Very private and secluded residential area. Stayed in the smaller back house which had a nice semi-private back garden area with lots of plants and chickens. The condition of the property was poor. Mold on ceiling is unacceptable. Furniture was stained and uncomfortable. Listing photos seem to be a mix from the front and back house which is misleading if staying in one. The property has great potential but needs some serious TLC.

Love the place, ideal location, very sweet and well-appointed. I gave a less-than-perfect overall rating because communication with the property management company was sub-par, days delayed and largely unresponsive. For the money, communication with the property management should be more responsive.

Little Hawaiian Hideaway

The location is amazing with beach access literally right across the street. My family had a great time on our beach adventure and this little house was the perfect place to rest and recharge and cook up some costco meals!

What a perfect location and semi private beach area. The house had everything we needed and more.

A private back garden area was perfect for relaxing and entertaining. The rooms are cozy and the rental was clean. We enjoyed our stay very much and will likely return very soon.

Relaxing Stay

Lovely Ohana and the separate quarters were perfect for privacy within a group. The layout of this home and privacy was really nice. Loved being across street from the ocean and the home was comfortable and well stocked. Would rent this place again for sure.

Great home, great location

This house was in a great home and location walking distance from the beach. It had a full stocked kitchen (non-food items) and the laundry was a nice bonus. Make sure you're ok without ac though as it gets pretty hot.

Great Location, comfortable house

Incredible location, and has the basics you need to be comfortable. Like other reviewers have mentioned it’s very damp inside and a little dated, but we were never uncomfortable and it reminded us that what we came to Kauai for was to be outside on the beach or exploring outside of the house. Perfect home if you’re looking for location, ease, and focusing on spending your time on the island. Check in was super easy, laundry was wonderful, and staying there with our baby was great. I would stay here again!

Anini Beach front house

So close to the beach. Very short walk to a great beach. The house was well equipped unless you needed spoons. The second bedroom is a pretty limited space, but it works. Nice layout for privacy and the grounds are great.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location - the house is bare bones though with no air conditioning and no beach toys/chairs.

Yes, the house does not have air conditioning, there are ceiling fans and opening the windows will allow cool tropical ocean breeze to cool down the house on warm sunny days. As Expected

Cozy Cottage to call home during our visit. The host provided plenty of linens and gear for a day on the beach. Plenty of kitchen gear. Comfortable and clean. Very happy. Can’t beat the location.

Exceptional location

Perfectly clean and comfortable. We stayed with our infant and toddler. The loud roosters were hard on our family in the mornings (starting at 3a), but that was a function of the location, not the property.

We are a family of four with young kiddos and this place worked great for our stay. We always had hot water in bath and showers, which was great. The house location near the beach is amazing and the beach is beautiful. The beds and pillows are comfy. We had access to washer and dryer. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking essentials. We also enjoyed watching the birds in the backyard and loved seeing the geckos around.

Lovely 2 bedroom house just off Anini Beach

We had a lovely stay with our adult daughter in the Anini Ohana Hale house. The public entry to Anini beach is across the street from the house and therefore it is an easy walk to beautiful Anini Beach. The layout of the house worked for us as my husband and I had one section of the house and our daughter had the other. Giving privacy for both. We enjoyed our week stay on the North side of Kauai.

Perfect everything, but definitely needs AC

We loved everything about this property, the location, the home, it was clean, cozy and nearly perfect. The portable AC units were a must, however, as well as all of the fans provided. We gave the home five stars, because after we figured out how to manage the heat and air flow, we loved every minute of our stay and would definitely stay again!
