The vacation rental was completely redesigned and refurnished in January and February 2020. It features a large kitchen, a spacious living room, and 3 bedrooms, all of which are furnished with new box-spring beds. There is a spacious bathroom with a large shower and a large bathtub. The highlight is a large 35-square-meter rooftop terrace, where a canopy is planned for installation starting in March 2020, so you can enjoy your morning coffee outside even in bad weather, with a magnificent view of the surrounding countryside.

Kitchen: The kitchen seats at least 5 people at the large breakfast table and features a new built-in kitchen with all major appliances, including a dishwasher, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee maker, Senseo, etc.
The living room features a large corner sofa for cozy evenings and a large flat-screen TV; the lights can be dimmed in the evening to create a pleasant atmosphere.
Bedroom 1 has a box-spring bed measuring 180x200, a large flat-screen TV, and direct access to the rooftop terrace.
Bedroom 2 has a box-spring bed measuring 180x200.
Bedroom 3 has a single bed measuring 100x200.
The apartment is an upper-floor unit with a separate entrance and a separate exit via the rooftop terrace into the large, fenced-in garden. The property covers approximately 5,000 square meters, of which about 2,000 square meters are currently fenced in.
The vacation home has a parking space for your car directly under a carport on the enclosed property.
Since our property is completely fenced in—which is ideal for dog owners or families with children—everyone can relax and enjoy their vacation. Our vacation home borders a forest and marshland area. For those who want to explore the area by bike, the beautiful landscape is perfect, as a canal winds through idyllic scenery behind the house, along which the Deutsche Fehnroute runs—a bike path that runs right through East Frisia, featuring many attractions such as windmills and the “Paddel und Pedal” station, where you can also rent a paddleboat.
