House Rules
• No pets allowed
• No Smoking Allowed (tobacco, cannabis, e-cigarettes, vape, etc). There is no smoking allowed inside the property or on the patio/deck
• No events or parties (max occupancy at home not to ever exceed 10 people total)
• Quiet hours are from 10PM - 7AM daily to respect the neighbors
• Parking is limited to the driveway only to respect our neighbors. Additionally the city of Blaine does not allow overnight parking. Maximum 5 cars fit on driveway. (Note: Garage is not available to guests)
• Leave shoes at the door to honor the cleanliness of our home
