Crabby Cat's offers the best of both worlds. Just two blocks from the beach with beach access only a two-minute walk away, plus a private floating boat dock on scenic Davis Canal. Surrounded by beautiful marsh and canal views with a partial Atlantic Ocean view, this spacious 3-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom canal-front vacation rental provides the perfect setting for family vacations, beach getaways, fishing trips, boating adventures, and memorable coastal escapes. Sleeping up to 13 guests, Crabby Cat's offers plenty of space for multiple families, friends, and extended family gatherings, along with your pets.

Designed for comfort and easy coastal living, the home features inviting living spaces where everyone can gather after a day on the beach or exploring the water. The open floor plan includes comfortable seating, Smart TVs, books, games, DVDs, a cozy fireplace (available during the winter months), high-speed WiFi, and a dedicated hallway workspace for guests who need to stay connected. Start each morning with coffee overlooking Davis Canal or the surrounding marsh. End the day with peaceful waterfront views and spectacular Oak Island sunsets.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything needed for quick breakfasts, family dinners, or holiday meals, including a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, blender, ice maker, drip coffee maker, and Keurig. The spacious dining area makes gathering for meals easy while planning another day of beach fun, boating, or exploring Oak Island. A second full-size refrigerator is located in the ground-level storage room, which is stocked with beach gear for guests to enjoy throughout their stay.

Outdoor living is one of Crabby Cat's greatest highlights. Relax on the covered porch, deck, balcony, or patio while enjoying panoramic canal views, marsh views, and refreshing coastal breezes. The fenced backyard offers plenty of room for children and four-legged family members to play. A hammock, fire pit, charcoal grill, outdoor seating, outdoor half-bathroom, and outdoor shower create the perfect gathering space after a day in the sun. Boating enthusiasts will love the private floating boat dock with direct access to Davis Canal for boating, kayaking, paddleboarding, fishing, crabbing, birdwatching, or simply exploring Oak Island's scenic waterways. Bring your own boat or rent one locally, then dock it right at the home throughout your stay.

After a day on the beach, rinse off in the outdoor shower before firing up the grill for dinner or relaxing around the wood burning fire pit beneath the stars. Crabby Cat's welcomes up to two dogs. All pet-friendly homes include a $175 fee covering one dog. An additional $50 fee applies for a second dog. Dogs are the only pets permitted.

Additional amenities include central heating and air conditioning, ceiling fans, a full-size washer and dryer, linens, towels, beach essentials, clothing storage, an iron, a hair dryer, TVs in every bedroom, plus thoughtful family-friendly features including a crib in the primary bedroom closet and bathtub. BEACH CREDIT
Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights, April through October, come with a valuable credit to use toward beach gear rentals during your stay. Use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs, umbrellas, beach carts, kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, and more. The choice is yours.

WHAT IS INCLUDED?
Linens are included with your reservation and include flat sheets, fitted sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, bath mats, hand towels, and wash cloths.

MINIMUM STAY REQUIREMENTS
Minimum stay requirements vary by season, as shown on the booking calendar. Peak summer months require a 7-night minimum stay with a mandatory Saturday-to-Saturday rental pattern.
