Apartment da Vinci, first floor - DH

Starting in the 2023 season, the da Vinci vacation home will feature two separate vacation apartments.

The da Vinci Upper Floor vacation apartment is located on the upper floor of the house and is accessed via an outdoor staircase, at the top of which is the entrance to the apartment. Unlike the ground-floor vacation apartment, guests staying in the upper-floor vacation apartment do not have access to the outdoor area.

The da Vinci ground-floor vacation apartment is located on the first floor of the vacation home.

The deposit must always be paid to the company Private Zimmervermittlung, owned by Dorina Hiller; you will find the bank account information on the booking confirmation under “Payments.”

The remaining balance is always paid to the bank account of the respective owner of the vacation rental; you can also find this information under “Payments.”

Following a renovation in the spring of 2023, the da Vinci vacation home was converted into two separate vacation apartments.

The vacation apartment on the upper floor is comfortably and modernly furnished. Thanks to its orientation, the house is very bright and has a warm, inviting atmosphere. There is one balcony where you can enjoy the sun. A private, free carport for one car is located directly in front of the vacation home on the enclosed property. Wi-Fi is available free of charge.

A security deposit of 200,- € is charged upon booking and will be refunded 21 days after departure, provided the vacation home is left in good condition.

Bed linens are included in the price; towels can be booked for an additional fee or you may bring your own!

The visitor’s tax is payable at the Lubmin Tourist Office!

Important note for corporate customers

If you book this accommodation as a company, you must ensure that full payment for the service is made before your employees arrive; otherwise, the owners will not provide keys to your employees.



Check-in is available from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM, and check-out from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
