The Home

This spacious 3-bedroom home features a large open-concept living area, fully equipped kitchen, and multiple outdoor patio spaces surrounded by towering trees and West Coast greenery. The entire upper floor is yours - a true home away from home.

Bedrooms:
Cedar Haven - a cozy 12' x 10.6' room with serene forest views, queen bed, side tables with USB lamps, small desk, and dresser

Arbutus Room - a bright and airy 10.2' x 10.6' room ideal for rest and relaxation, queen bed, side tables with USB lamps, small desk, and dresser

Third bedroom - The master bedroom with a large 14.10' x 14.60' room layout, queen bed, large walk in closet, and a private ensuite bathroom with shower.

A well-appointed kitchen with full-sized appliances and cookware

A four-piece bathroom stocked with fresh towels and essentials

Laundry facilities include a washer and dryer as well as detergent pods.

Note: The owner occupies a private room in the lower level of the home. They are a quiet and respectful presence and guests are unlikely to encounter them during their stay. All common areas and the three guest bedrooms are entirely yours and separate.

Guests will have full access to the suite which is located up the driveway parking and around the right side of the building to the back of the house.

The main door has keypad access and the code will shared prior to your arrival.

There is the owner staying and living in the house in the lower suite. Your hosts, are not always directly on site. However, we are available 24/7 via message and phone and are here to answer any questions you have or to provide recommendations.

- Keep a respectful volume & behavior at all times.
- Quiet time between 9pm & 9am.
- No Pet Policy.
- No Extra guests.
- Do not walk on the garden beds, or damage the plants . Stay on the stone or brick paths, or lawn area.
- Others will occasionally be on site to maintain the common areas, grounds, and the property.
- Clean thoroughly upon departure and leave the space as you found it.
- Wash your dishes right away and never leave mess or dirty dishes in the kitchen.
- Bathroom: Clean up after yourselves and wipe up water and any mess.
- Laundry: Do not leave items in machines longer than 15 min after a cycle completes. Remove your items so the next person can use it, as it is shared with the suite below.
- Late Check-outs: If you would like a late check out, we can accommodate with notice and we would charge an additional fee for the extension.
- EV charging is available on request. There is also outlets outside the garage by the parking spot.
- Parking is for 1 vehicle only. No boats, trailers, or RVs.
- No Smoking
