Totally unwind at the beautiful, small-scale Villapark Anzelhoef in Sint Maartenszee. In 10 cycling minutes, you can be on the beach and the forest is just a few minutes' walk away. In short, the ideal base for a cycling or walking holiday near the sea or for a weekend getaway.

Anzelhoef no. 26 was completely renovated and attractively furnished in 2023. The holiday home is suitable for 5 persons.

Living and dining room
The living room is tastefully and modernly furnished. The comfortable corner sofa in the living room seats 3/4 people. There are also 2 armchairs. The living room has a Smart TV with Dutch and German TV channels.
The dining room has a spacious table with 6 chairs. A high chair is available in the accommodation.

Open kitchen
The open kitchen is fully equipped and includes a dishwasher, nespresso coffee maker, 4-burner induction hob and combination microwave. A washing machine and dryer are at your disposal in the scullery.

Bedrooms
On the ground floor is one bedroom, with a pull-out bed. It can sleep 1 adult or 2 children. The bed has two 80x200 cm mattresses.
On the first floor are two bedrooms. The first bedroom has a double bed (2 mattresses 90x200 cm). The second bedroom has two single beds (90x200 cm). All beds have single mattresses and single duvets. A cot is available, please bring your own bed linen.

Please note: on the photos, the accommodation does not have curtains. There are, however, blinds in each bedroom.

Bathrooms
The villa has 2 modern bathrooms. The first bathroom is on the ground floor. Here is a shower cabin, toilet and sink.
The second bathroom is on the first floor. Here is a toilet, sink and bathtub. There is no shower here.

Garden
Through the garden door in the living room, you enter the sunny garden, with a beautifully landscaped terrace equipped with garden furniture. Barbecuing is only allowed on electricity or gas. An electric barbecue is available at the house.

Parking
One car can be parked at the accommodation. Any other cars can be parked in the general car park. It is not allowed to charge the electric car with electricity from the bungalow.
