Hi! We're Kim & Duane, We both grew up in Nebraska and met in the small town of Niobrara, where we fell blissfully in love. One year later, we were married — and this August we'll celebrate 29 wonderful years together.
In 2004, we moved to Lake of the Ozarks, where we raised our three children in the School of the Osage district. Life later took us to St. Joseph, Missouri, to be closer to Kim's ailing father, and then to Basehor, Kansas, for Kim's career.
In 2023, we knew our hearts belonged at the lake, so we moved back with a dream of creating exceptional vacation rentals. The Royal is our very first condo, and we poured our hearts into a complete remodel to create a beautiful, relaxing retreat for our guests. We hope you love it as much as we do!

We chose this neighborhood because it offers one of our favorite views at Lake of the Ozarks. Nestled near the iconic Grand Glaize Bridge, The Royal provides breathtaking lake views from the deck, where you can enjoy your morning coffee, watch boats cruise by, and end the day with beautiful sunsets. We also love that it's close to great restaurants, shopping, golf, entertainment, and all the fun Osage Beach has to offer — giving guests the perfect balance of peaceful relaxation and easy access to everything the lake is known for.
The Dirty Duck Boat Rental is located right across the cove where you can rent boats and PWCs. PB2, the largest boat ramp at Lake of the Ozarks, is just a few minutes away.
Grab the provided beach towels for a relaxing day by the saltwater pool, then start your morning with a stroll through the neighborhood, where local deer are frequent visitors.

This professionally and newly remodeled condo was thoughtfully designed to feel like a boutique retreat, featuring stylish lake-inspired décor, a fully equipped kitchen, a coffee bar, fast Wi-Fi, a 75-inch Smart TV, and comfortable sleeping accommodations for up to four guests. There is a Weber Lumin electric grill located on your private deck that has romantic string lights, creating the perfect setting to enjoy dinner while watching breathtaking Lake of the Ozarks sunsets. Wine glasses are provided onsite with corkscrew, to finish off your relaxing evening.

The serene bedroom offers a luxurious queen bed for a restful night’s sleep and an elegant vanity area complete with Hollywood-style lighted mirrors—a bright, stylish space to make getting ready feel like part of the vacation.

This isn’t your typical sleeper sofa. It features a specially designed luxury mattress unlike traditional sofa beds, delivering the comfort and support you’d expect from a real bed—not a pull-out couch. The 60-inch electric fireplace creates a warm, inviting ambiance — perfect for cozy evenings after a day on the lake.
