The screened-in portion of the deck offers a lovely seating area for outdoor lounging, while an unscreened portion sets a desirable scene for a meal al fresco. End your days by watching the enchanting sunset while you enjoy a refreshing cocktail and reminisce about the day’s adventures. Housed within the Bridgepoint Condominium complex, guests of the home will also enjoy exciting onsite amenities of a sparkling seasonal outdoor pool along with sweat-inducing options of the basketball and tennis courts.

Continuing your outdoor exploration away from the home, Jetz Trampoline Park is within a 5-minute walk, or you can take a short car ride over to Miner Mike’s, a family fun center featuring an interactive maze, rides, and games. Lake of the Ozarks State Park is 4 miles away, feeding the nature lover in you with an endless shoreline, hiking trails, and hidden coves. This home comfortably sleeps 6 guests between 2 private bedrooms and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. Additionally, a queen-sized blow-up air mattress is available for your comfort.

Bedroom #1 includes a queen size bed, deck access, and ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity, shower/tub combo, and hair dryer.

Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed.

The home also includes an additional full guest bathroom with a single vanity, glass walk-in shower, and another hair dryer for guest convenience.

THINGS TO NOTE:
• Rental comes with a 12X28 boat slip that is available for the duration of the stay. Please note that its use is at your own risk, and we are not responsible for any damage to a boat or PWC while on the dock.
• Washer/dryer in home along with an iron and full-sized ironing board.
• Please note, the upper level of the club house is not available as part of the rental.
• Lot parking available for 2 vehicles. Parking passes are required and will be provided in the home upon arrival.
• A pool bracelet is required when in the pool area and will be provided in the home upon arrival.
• The fireplace is not for guest use.
• An electric grill is provided on the deck for your convenience. Please note that propane and charcoal grills are not permitted.
• This building does not have an elevator. The home is only accessible via several flights of stairs.
• For added guest convenience, an umbrella stroller is provided.
• HOA does not allow trailers on the premises. Reach out for details on trailer parking options.
• All HOA managed amenities are monitored by the HOA through video surveillance.
