Before You Arrive

We’re excited to welcome you to Ponce Paradise and hope your stay is relaxing and memorable.

To help make your arrival as smooth as possible, please review the following information:

* Check-In: Self check-in instructions, gate codes, building access information, and entry codes will be provided prior to your arrival.
* Communication: If you have any questions before or during your stay, please contact us using the information provided with your reservation. We’re always happy to help.
* Parking: A parking pass will be emailed prior to your arrival. Please print the pass before traveling and display it in your vehicle throughout your stay. There are no assigned parking spaces, so you may park in any unreserved guest parking space.
* Beach Equipment: Beach chairs, an umbrella, boogie boards, beach toys, and other beach accessories are available for your enjoyment. We simply ask that you return everything after use so future guests may enjoy them as well.
* Our Home: Ponce Paradise is our personal beach retreat, and we take great pride in maintaining it. We kindly ask that you treat our home with the same care and respect you would your own.
* No Pets: While pets may be permitted elsewhere within the community, they are not permitted inside our condominium. This policy helps us maintain a clean and comfortable environment for all guests, including those with allergies. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
* No Smoking or Vaping: Smoking and vaping are not permitted anywhere inside the condominium or on the private balcony.
* No Parties or Events: Parties, large gatherings, and events are strictly prohibited.
* Quiet Hours: Please be respectful of neighboring residents and observe all community quiet hours.
* Check-Out: Before departing, please lock all doors and windows, turn off lights and small appliances, place used towels in the bathroom, and start the dishwasher if you’ve used it.
