We are proud to be a pet-friendly property!

A $45 pet fee applies for one pet. If you plan to bring more than one pet, additional fees may apply. Please contact us in advance with details about your pets so we can make the necessary arrangements.

No Smoking

This is a family-friendly property, and smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited, including cigarettes, cigars, vaping, and marijuana.

Failure to comply will result in a $500 fee.

We ask all guests to respect the property, our neighbors, and future guests.

To help maintain a peaceful environment for everyone, quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM.

We enforce a three-strike policy for violations of house rules:

Strike 1: Warning via Airbnb message or phone call
Strike 2: Warning from building security
Strike 3: Guest will be required to vacate the property

After-Hours Policy

Please be mindful of neighboring residents, especially after 10:00 PM.

If a guest is found to be in serious violation of house rules or repeatedly disturbing neighbors, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation and require immediate departure from the property.

Check-in begins at 3:00 PM
Early check-in may be available upon request for $10 per hour, subject to availability
Check-Out
Check-out is by 10:00 AM
Late check-out may be available if requested before midnight on the day prior to departure for $10 per hour
Unauthorized Late Check-Out

Guests who remain beyond their scheduled check-out time without approval will be charged $30 per hour.

If security intervention is required due to refusal to vacate, an additional $200 security fee will apply.

Minimum Age Requirement

Per building requirements, the primary guest making the reservation must be at least 25 years old.

No Parties or Events

Parties, events, and large gatherings are strictly prohibited.

We value our relationship with our neighbors and building management. Any unauthorized party or event may result in immediate termination of the reservation.

If security is required to disperse a gathering, a $1,500 penalty will be charged.

Illegal Drugs & Firearms

Illegal drugs and firearms of any kind are not permitted on the property.

Violation of this policy will result in a $1,000 penalty and immediate removal from the property.

Checkout Expectations

Before departing, please:

Load the dishwasher and start a wash cycle (dish pods are provided under or above the sink)
Dispose of all trash in the designated disposal area
Do not leave trash bags in hallways or outside the unit door
Send us a photo of the TV remote before departure

Missing TV remotes will incur a $50 replacement fee.

Please provide any additional information requested to verify and approve your reservation within 24 hours. Failure to provide the requested information within this time may result in your reservation request being declined.
