Three world-class championship golf courses are less than ½ mile away at the Grand Traverse Resort. An additional beach area (Acme park) is right next to the condo complex and offers picnic areas, a playground and grills. This wonderful condo is close to everything that the Traverse City area has to offer: amazing beaches, professional golf courses, more than 3 dozen wineries, great restaurants and fantastic shopping.

This second floor, nature and water-view condo features a deck with access from the living room / bedroom. This condo is best suited for 2 people. There is one 55 inch flat screen TV's and a full bath. The kitchenette offers a microwave, full-size refrigerator, 2 burner stove and washer and dryer.

Please note that access to the Grand Traverse Resort amenities (such as tennis, gym, the pool by the beach & beach chairs) are not included. The spa, golf courses, restaurants, and casino are open to the public and therefore are available for guests to use.
