Make yourself at home and relax at this completely renovated and newly furnished studio condo located at Grand Traverse Resort’s beach club “The Shores." New Westin Heavenly bed purchased in 2022. All new 100% bamboo sheets and new towels. Toiletries, cleaning supplies and laundry detergent and soften are cruelty free and as environmentally friendly as possible. Only 7 miles from downtown Traverse City and close to everything the area has to offer. All of this yet once you arrive you feel far away from the hustle and bustle and have peace and tranquillity on the grounds. This condo is waterfront as it’s located in the building closest to the water and is also considered beachfront! Being on the third floor it still offers some privacy as you’re far enough away from the beach goers and people walking past.

Located on East Grand Traverse Bay, just minutes from downtown Traverse City, this suite is a water and beach lover’s dream. Jet ski, paddle board and boat rentals are on site and available to rent through Blue Sky Rentals.

Three world-class championship golf courses are less than ½ mile away at the Grand Traverse Resort.

40 miles away from Sleeping Bear Dunes, named by Good Morning America as "The Most Beautiful Place in America" in 2011.

Less than 10 miles from downtown Traverse City, named the #1 thing to do by TripAdvisor.

The Village at Grand Traverse Commons - a Historic 1884 hospital complex now a sprawling shopping & dining spot with arboretum & hiking is located 10 miles from our condo.

Beautiful quiet location

This is an amazing location in regards to Traverse City and all things that are north of there. Downtown is a short drive and the crazy traffic is slightly out of the way. An Acme township park is directly connected to the property for wonderful walks. The host responds fast and with helpful information. I am looking forward to returning!

Perfect Fall Getaway with Gorgeous View

Needed a place to stay for just one night and this condo gave us a perfect little haven. So clean and well appointed amenities. And the view was spectacular with the fall colors. Only regret was not being able to stay a few more days to enjoy this special place. Thank you!

A real gem

We had a wonderful time during our stay with the only regret being we didn't book a longer stay. Our host was outstanding and contributed to the overall experience. This is our new go-to place and we will be back soon.

Condo was clean and so cute! View is beautiful! Definitely plan on coming back! Might just make it a new family vacation spot. Host helped make it just a little extra special with a birthday touch. Very much appreciated!

Beautiful setting near the East Bay. Could have done without bee stings (two) and trip to urgent care. The property matched the photos and the bed was comfortable.

Fantastic property

This condo is the perfect place to stay for a couple! It has great views, bed and shower. Dawn and Lisette were extremely attentive in every respect. Everything you could need is in it from cooking supplies to extras like coffee, cream, various spices, toiletries and a full washer and dryer with supplies. The beach is perfect and not crowded since it is private property for the condo residents only. The only downside, which has nothing to do with the condo, is the live music on Friday night. It was not something we enjoyed, since we came to be in nature and enjoy outside, not hear someone sing. We would stay again without a doubt, we would just bring ear plugs! Lol 🙂

Great trip!

The room was very clean and well stocked with kitchen and bathroom items. Owner and staff replied to my messages very quickly and were very helpful! Beautiful view as well! I would definitely stay again.

Great Get Away

My husband and I love the Traverse City area and we love that this condo is just a short drive away from there. Even in the cooler temperatures, we were able to enjoy the water views, roam the beach nearby, and cozy up in the condo to keep warm.

Beautiful, clean, updated condo

When my husband and I walked through the door, there was a magnificent sunset. We quickly moved our bags into the condo and walked the beach loving every moment. What a great way to start a vacation! Upon coming back to the unit, we both commented on how accurate the pictures represented the space, lovely decor and cleanliness. Everything that you need was provided. Both of us highly recommend this rental and look forward to going back there again.

Nice short trip

Great place for a short weekend getaway. Great view of the East Bay sunsets. Communication with property manager was very fast with great suggestions. Only small notes were the WiFi was finicky, and the place was a bit small for anybody more than 2, or any stay longer than a weekend. But seeing how we only had my wife and I, and only for 3 nights, it was perfect!

Great long weekend getaway

View from the patio is gorgeous! We really enjoyed sitting outside for morning coffee. The condo has everything you need for a short stay. If you were staying for a long time or if the weather was bad, it might feel cramped, especially for more than 2 people. Pool was closed during our stay but this didn't bother us. We noticed the previously mentioned issues with spiders/bugs but only around the front door and stairwells (none in the condo!) - it appears the complex leaves all the outdoor lights on so I don't think it's possible to avoid some bugs this time of year. Overall, a nice weekend getaway

Both my husband and I grew up near Grand Rapids, MI where we currently live. If we could we would live in Traverse City now but my husband works at a hospital in Grand Rapids and enjoys what he does so we just visit the area as often as we can!

We bought this suite along with the one next door because we have a condo in the same complex and just one floor down from these. We love the location and the view so much we decided to buy another! We both love northern Michigan especially the Traverse City area and have been coming here for years. We plan to retire in the area. In the meantime, we enjoy down time at our beautiful condo on the East Bay. When we can't be at the condo we like to have others enjoy it.

We fell in love with the area because how beautiful the area is. Lake Michigan, Sleeping Bear Dunes, Torch Lake, Mission Point and so many other beautiful things to see and enjoy! What kept us coming back is amidst all the beauty are wonderful welcoming people.
