We understand that your furry friends are part of your family. Our home is a dog-friendly retreat, so feel free to bring your up to two dogs under 50 pounds each. Please let us know in advance if your furry friend will be joining you on vacation. An additional pet fee applies. Please pick up after your pet so the next guests can enjoy their time!

We have three dedicated parking spots out front - One alongside the building on Conant St and two tandem spots behind the building.

The spaces are tight, but we can accommodate sedans and small SUVs - this Jeep Cherokee and smaller. If you have an oversized vehicle, you will not fit.

If you need additional parking or have oversized vehicles, we would encourage you to park in the many Town lots nearby - MacMillan Wharf, West End Parking Lot, School Street, or Grace Hall. Provincetown Charges for parking from May 1st into early November, so please check the signs.

Our home is located on a street between Commercial and Bradford, steps from either street and situated toward the West End of town slightly. It's super convenient to everything.

The homes nearby are a combination of year-round residents, seasonal residents, and vacation rentals. Live like a local, but please be mindful that your vacation may be our neighbor's full-time home.

When you're coming and going, please be extremely quiet and keep conversations down. Quiet hours are from 8pm - 8am.

Please be aware that, like most streets in Provincetown, homes on our street are densely situated, and it’s difficult for us to control any noise from our neighbors. Most of the time when we’re there, we hear nothing.

Property Service Notice

Please note that routine property services, including but not limited to trash collection and lawn maintenance, and landscaping, take place on a regular schedule. These visits may occasionally coincide with your stay and can occur at various times throughout the day.



There's no need to be alarmed if you see service personnel on the property. These routine visits help us keep the property well maintained and are often scheduled by the homeowners association or other service providers, so the timing is outside of our control. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to reach out to us!
