This fully equipped apartment that can sleep up to 4 people is situated on the ground floor of this quiet and secluded development with mature gardens,large pool and toddlers pool. The accommodation comprises large double bedroom with fitted wardrobes, bathroom and shower, fully fitted kitchen, large lounge area with patio. Folddown double sofa bed, best suited for children. Ample sun beds are available round the pool area. Whilst being quiet and secluded {No tour company lettings} the apartment is only a 3 minute walk from the beach, shops and several good restaurants. The apartment is serviced with fresh bed linen and towels. There is sat/cable T.V. together with every utensil you will need for a self catering holiday and a washing machine. Costa Teguise is a very pleasant part of the island being blessed with sandy beaches, almost guaranteed sunshine all year round together with a prevailing cool breeze from the ocean which makes sunbathing a very pleasant experience.

Fabulous location. Close to many bars / restaurants and a short walk to the nearest beach and 10 mins to the square. Property had all amenities needed for a fab stay and being ground floor was perfect for access to the pool

Lovely stay

Apartment very clean & spacious. Direct acces to pool excellent. Only fault myself & husband only had 1 large towel 1 small handtowel each. No extra sheets for bed or flat over sheet. We stayed for 9 nights so would hzve been nice to have a change of linens & towels. Although there was a washing machine present! Overall lovely stay & would recommend

Costa Teguise appartement with swimmingpool.

Good apparment on the groundfloor. And that is nice because you can walk from your terras to the swimmingpool. Just 10 meters. The bed isā€™t verry small. I think 140cm x 200cm. In our opinion it should be at least 160cm. Everything you need for your stay, is there. Nearby supermarket and bar. Beach about 5 minutes walk.

Update needed

Property has all the amenities needed for a stay.Ground floor gives easy access to the pool and sunbathing area. Being residential there were always sunbeds.Wifi is poor. Probably best place was poolside.Unfortunately the place was in need of a good cleaning. Dirt in lamps, flaking paint in bedroom and living area. Kettle cable had tape covering acut in the wire, bedroom lamp hanging off the wall and plug sockets loose on wall.

A lovely environment

Very nice location. The complex is peaceful and charming and the grounds and pool are kept immaculate. The apartment is great and has all mod cons (but no washing machine) The pool is FREEZING COLD so not for the faint-hearted! Also, it was very difficult to get wifi on our devices from the apartment, and as I had to continue working, we had to create a hotspot to use at an additional cost. Other than that, great value and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

This apartment is nicely decorated and has some nice touches but it suffers from damp in the lounge area. The internet strength is very poor and only works properly in the patio/pool area. It doesn't get much sun light either.

Great little place.

Arrived finally at 10.45 pm due to taxis not knowing the area. Really pleased with cleanliness and layout of apartment.. only downside i have 6ft 4 inch husband and the bed was regular double !!! Anyways he did use the sofa bed sp no worries. Kitchen is well stocked with utensils glasses plates etc. Had an issue with keytle not working but 1 message to host and cleaner came and flicked a switch!!! Great outside area with maiden and pato seating. Lovely pool area tgat was maintained each day and loads of places to eat. 5 mins walk to Playa Bastion...you can hear the waves from the patio. Some reviews mention needs an update but its comfortable clean and welcoming......would recommend and would return .

Disappointed

On booking communication with owner very good, however once booked communication was poor, having asked on two occasions about the entry code there was no response until late evening the day before we travelled. When we arrived and discovered there were no fans, despite the 30+ degree heat, we sent 2 messages to find out if fans were available, it took 5 days to receive a negative response. The property itself badly needs updating, lots of flaking paintwork. The outside light does not work, to sit outside in the evening we had to take the lamp from the living room. There is no smoke alarms in the property and no contact person in resort. The pool area is fantastic, with plenty of sun beds and cleaned daily by the onsite maintenance man.

Happy place.

Property is in an ideal location for me. As stated by others it is a little outdated the kitchen needs updating. Could benefit with a/c as the bedroom is chilly or maybe a humidifier to take the dampness but it is late in the year. Overall great service clean bedding and towels every week. Definitely would stay here again as the comments I have made didn't spoil my stay in anyway.

Good an not so good

Positives 1st.. good size apt on a nice complex which has lots of local bars, restsurants and shops around it. The host was loverly and helpful when we had prob with tv. Not as clean as i would like. The apt needs a lot doing to it and a few bob spending on it before i would return. But worst thing was the locsl residents .. i mean the crawly kind.. on terrace which u can expect to see but dint need them inside ukk.

Lovely complex hidden away. Private & secure. Great pool area kept clean & tidy by the on site maintenance chap. Apartment is dated with improvements required but has just had a new shower & bathroom fitted so a start has been made.

Nicely situated apartment but does need a little updating.

Pros, perfectly situated between main road and the sea, near very good restaurants, bars and supermarket. Lovely, well kept pool area and gardens The apartment is roomy and well equipped. Cons, The internet code is wrong (the o and m are lower case!) The bathroom and bedroom do need an update, old ill fitting wardrobes and scruffy bathroom with flickering tube light.

Het appartement is compleet ingericht en ligt prettig ten opzichte van het zwembad. De inrichting is compleet en netjes. Het bed is voor lange mensen aan de korte kant. Bijna alle deuren klemmen en de sloten gaan moeilijk dicht.

In need of refurbishment, bathroom light kept going off, not ideal. Told it had been rewired. Obviously not well. Work going on next door but not too much of a problem. Close to amenities. About 10/15 minutes walk into square, taxi ā‚¬2.40 approx. Pool area really nice.
