The apartment has a bedroom, living room, kitchen, bathroom and terrace from which you can enjoy views of the sea and the resort pool.
The apartment is located in the "Residencia Las Cucharas" the best residential development in Costa Teguise.
The fine architecture of the complex respects the island tradition of white houses with green gardens carpentry and black volcanic sand.
The garden inside the complex revolves around a swimming pool, open all year, the blue color contrasts with the white of the roads surrounded by cactus, palm trees and bougainvillea. The atmosphere inside the complex guarantees peace and tranquility needed for a relaxing stay.
The resort is located just 25 meters from Las Cucharas beach, which is accessed without crossing any road. Las Cucharas beach, golden sand, is ideal for relaxing or water sports.

Fabulous apartment

We had our first holiday apartment with another company cancelled close to our holiday, so this was a quick booking. But we were so pleased we got it. The location was so central for everything, the apartment was spotless. We had a lovely view of the pool and of the sea and beach, and everything we needed was there. The TV channels are only local but we were able to get Netflix and Amazon Prime, and YouTube gave us the news that we want. The only thing that was a bit of a pain was the Wi-fi it wasn’t that strong a signal, but we managed all we needed. Nb. it wasn’t mentioned in the write up, but there is a small safe in the bedroom Lovely check in with Paolos daughter and Paolo saw us off at the end and ordered us a taxi.

Bright & spacious apartment

Apartment bright and spacious with modern kitchen and lovely view from windows and balcony. Also, close to beach and shops. However, a little more attention to detail by the owner would have enhanced our holiday experience. I.e. Bedding and pillows “tired” and roller blind missing from one of the bedroom windows and the curtain not adequate. Only 3 dining chairs which was insufficient when friends visiting. Balcony furniture not as shown in photo on internet listing, I.e. no white sunloungers with cushions. Only odds and ends of glasses and mugs. Could have benefitted from DVD Player and DVD’s as only 1 English news channel available on TV.

Great location

Lovely view over the pool and sea. Quiet location but so close to shops, restaurants and beach. The apartment has everything you need if you want to eat in or out. Would come here again.

Die Wohnung ist hell und warm. Der Kühlschrank ist für einen längeren Aufenthalt sehr klein. Das Geschirr ist sehr dürftig z.B. zum Backen ist kein Rührlöffel oder Schaumbesen sowie Mixer und Backformen, Gläser vorhanden. Handtücher sind vorhanden aber abgezählt. Die Beschattung auf dem Balkon ist absolut unzureichend. Bei Sonnenschein ist der Balkon nicht nutzbar. Die vorhandene Markise müsste min einen Meter weiter ausstellbar sein. Bei dem vorhandenen Zustand ist der Balkon nur mit Hilfsmitteln, die aber sofort beanstandet wurden , zu nutzen. Diese Anmerkungen sind von uns aus der Sicht eines Langzeit Aufenthalt gemacht und als Vorschlag einer Verbesserung gedacht. Bei Bedarf werden wir gern wieder darauf zurück kommen.

Es tut uns leid, dass all diese Dinge nicht an Paola übermittelt wurden ... Normalerweise wird in den Apartments ein Doppelhandtuch bereitgestellt, das sich die Kunden selbst waschen, statt wir wöchentlich ohne zusätzliche Kosten den Wechsel von Handtüchern und Bettwäsche anbieten, um unseren Kunden einen bequemeren Service zu bieten. Die Wohnung ist komplett für die Nutzung der komplett neuen Küche. Wir werden uns jedoch um diese Beobachtungen kümmern ...

Überwiegend gut, doch einige Mängel

Beim Fernsehgerät konnte man nur spanische Sender empfangen, kein einziger deutschsprachiger Sender war dabei. Beim Schlafzimmerfenster wäre ein Mückengitter von Vorteil gewesen. Zwei Nächte wurden wir von Mücken geplagt. Die Markise war leider etwas zu kurz, man konnt an einem sonnigen Nachmittag wegen der Hitze nur im Inneren der Wohnung sich aufhalten.Eine Klimaanlage fehlte auch,nur ein Stehventilator war vorhanden. Die beschriebenen Gewürze waren bis auf eine Dose Pfeffer nicht vorhanden.

Fantástico

Hemos pasado unos días geniales. El apartamento está súper limpio y muy completo (numerosos accesorios de cocina, wi-fi, toallas de playa, ...) y su ubicación es inmejorable. La urbanización también está fenomenal. Además, la atención de Paola para cualquier imprevisto es total. Seguro que repetiremos. Un saludo a todos!!

good but upsetting

not advised that you can not smoke on the balcony of your apartment and so we were complained about so we moved to the other terrace and a gentleman then complained that we had our patio table and chairs on there although he was not on the same terrace as ourselves basically he made our selves very uncomfortable then we were broken into and our money was stolen the agent paolo was very supportive and kind though

Apartment is very well located and the complex is lovely.

Nice new kitchen. As we experienced some bad weather during our stay some blankets in the wardrobe for additional use would have been appreciated. Also for a British guest the availability of English speaking satellite channels is extremely limited, basically just news channels, whilst there were about 50 channels in German. Provision for an English guest would have been appreciated. The patio furniture had been changed too and wasn't very good for sunbathing on the terrace. But overall we very much like this apartment and thank you.

Thomas beach house

The appartment was everything we hoped it would be , on arrival we were greeted by the excellent Paola , who explained the layout etc , everything in the appartment looked clean and new , excellent view from the sunny balcony , we have stayed in the las cucharas complex before , and it is our first choice , because of its proximity to all the local facilities , thoroughly recommended!

Wonderful apartment - wonderful holiday

This was our third time in Costa Teguise but the first time we stayed in Tomas’ apartment. It has the most wonderful location, in the middle of a busy area, but totally quiet and secluded and two minutes to the beach. In the description it says that the flat is facing east - which is true - but the balcony is facing west, so you get sun almost all day long, which is brilliant in winter. The apartment is tastefully decorated (check out the artist of the paintings) and perfect for two people. The kitchen is well equipped, but we went out to eat every night to one of the many great restaurants in the area. There is ample information on most of them in the flat. The pool is not heated, so too cold in winter but the garden and the area around are lovely and kept very clean. Paola, who met us with keys and information, was very easy to communicate with and totally reliable. We had a most relaxing holiday in this lovely apartment. Thank you Tomas and Paola!

Clean modern and spectacularly good location

Had a 5 night break with my wife at the start of December. This is the second time we’ve been to the resort for a short winter break and Tomas beach house was a brilliant base. Great location near to everything Teguise has to offer but tucked away in a quiet complex with stunning sea views and the balcony a perfect place to sit and watch the sun set over Teguise. Paola made sure we were welcomed and shown around this recently renovated apartment which provided everything we needed and more. Spotlessly clean and very well equipped we would have no hesitation in recommending this lovely place and we’ll definately be back.

This is the first time we have stayed at Tomas Beach House and found it to be perfect for us

Tomas Beach House apartment was in a great location, so close to the beach as described. The Apartment was in excellent condition with everything you need even great views. Paola our contact was very helpful and a lovely lady, the one thing which the owner could supply is a couple of English Channels for there English speaking customer, other than that we thoughly had a great time in the apartment and will diffenetly be booking for our next holiday next year and there after Brilliant ☺

Perfect!!!!

We found the apartment very comfortable and relaxing, very well equipped to a high standard. Great views of the sea from the balcony both day and night. The apartment is ideally situated for all amenities. We have been to Costa Teguise several times, the Beach House is by far the best please we have stayed!! Would have no hesitation in recommending the apartment and intend to return next year. If you enjoy a relaxing peaceful holiday then this is the place to go!!!

Lovely hideaway

Very enjoyable base with great views for exploring the Island. Property was very clean and comfortable. Everything worked although we could have done with instruction sheet re the property and especially the water heater. The chairs on the balcony were not very comfy as we expected ones like in the photos of the property. We still await the breakage deposit refund 11 days after leaving!

Lovely apartment in perfect location

Tomas Beach House is a lovely clean apartment, which has everything you need. Its very quiet which suited us very well. It has recently been modernised so everything is new. The location is superb with bars, restaurants, supermarkets on your doorstep. Paola who looks after the apartment was quick to respond if we needed anything. We will be returning. A DVD player would be nice :-)

Great stay

Lovely little apartment, home from Home. I have visited twice and will return again. The apartment has everything you will need, it is on the top floor so lots of stairs but that never bothered us No air conditioning, we did manage, however I would be prepared to pay a little more to have this added comfort, even if it was a pay as you use unit. There is a TV mainly Spanish. but let's face if you don't go in holiday to watch TV, we had good weather if the weather had been bad then the TV would have been useful. Lovely balcony and sea view, nice patio table and chairs which are great for a nice drink on the balcony, not the most comfortable if you wanted to sit outside for a while. This never bothered us as it was too hot to sit outside until the sun went down Great to have an iron and ironing board, both usable I filled a bottle with a bit of water to spray the clothes to get the creases out as the iron did not have steam facility. Kitchen and bathroom great, no complaints, and I found the beds lovely and comfortable. Thanks again for a lovely visit

Fantastic view!

We have been to Costa Teguise many times, we only stayed 3 nights this time but this was ideal for us. The location perfect for the beach and a short stroll into the main square. A bus stop just across the road, with a regular service to many areas. The apartment block was quiet, lovely and clean and the pool and surrounding gardens well maintained. The apartment although small was perfect for 2 people, with plenty of storage space. The view from the balcony, where we comfortably sipped our G&Ts, was fantastic being able to see across the resort and out to sea, listening to the sound of the waves. Would happily return again.

Un soggiorno da non dimenticare

Bellissimo appartamento, comodissimo con piscina riservata, tiparata dai venti. Brava e simpatica Paola che si occupa dell'appartamento e di relazionarsi con gli ospiti, sempre pronta a risolvere subito eventuali problemi. Il prezzo pagato vale la qualità dell'appartamento.
