The Space
• Capacity: Comfortably sleeps 6+ guests.
• Layout: 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms (including a private Master en-suite).
• Bathrooms: Stocked with fresh bath towels, hand towels, body wash, shampoo, and conditioner.
• Climate: Central AC/Heat, plus an extra window unit in the Master bedroom.
• Laundry: In-unit washer and dryer with complimentary soap.
Kitchen & Dining
• Full Kitchen: Oven, microwave, dishwasher, cookware, silverware, dishes, and spices.
• Coffee Station: Both a drip coffee maker and a Keurig machine with K-Cups provided.
Outdoor Amenities & Parking
• Massive fully feced in yard with room and parking for big vehicles, trailered boats, campers, and other toys.
• Decks: Front and rear decks with outdoor table and seating.
• Grill: Gas grill with all necessary grilling utensils.
• Fire Pit: Dedicated campfire area with chairs (bring your own wood and extra chairs).
Pet Policy
• Limit: Maximum of 2 pets allowed and there is a $60 per night, per pet fee, please add them, my prices are reasonable and I'm being gracious by allowing pets
• Process: Please notify us and add them to your reservation. A pet fee applies.
• Service Animals: Welcome, standard verification applies.
