This level offers two bedrooms, each with a double bed (two mattresses of 100 x 200 cm), a wardrobe, and a TV; one with access to a balcony and the other with a French balcony. Additionally, there is a bathroom with a bathtub, shower, and WC.

A parking space is available, and there is a communal bike shed on the property.
