This luxurious, thatched-roof house is located in an exclusive setting right in the heart of Steinwarder, the crown jewel of Heiligenhafen. The beach, marina, and pier are just a few minutes away. The 136 m² house is designed to accommodate 6 people—and your dog is welcome, too. Private parking at the house.

Look forward to a large, light-filled living-dining area with a wood-burning stove for cozy evenings. The separate, fully equipped kitchen has everything you could want—from a Nespresso machine to an induction stove, it’s all there.

Upstairs, there are three bedrooms: one with a large double bed, another with a double bed, and the third with two single beds. The modern bathroom, featuring a bathtub and a separate rain shower, is also located on the upper floor. A guest restroom is located on the first floor.

During the summer months, you can enjoy the sunny, furnished terrace with a grill and a parasol. A small terrace is located in front of the house, from which you can marvel at the sunset over the inland lake. Another highlight of the house is the private sauna for four people with an adjoining shower.

During the summer months, a beach chair is available for your use on the beach. The beach chair is located on the dog-friendly beach right next to the pier (May 15–September 15).

For the little ones, a travel crib, a safety rail, and a stair gate are provided. In addition, a handcart is available for use free of charge.
