The house itself is absolutely amazing! It is a custom house filled with high end finishes. The kitchen was extremely well stocked with everything you could need. Both the pool and hot tub were great!

The Luxury Woodland Retreat near Necedah was a last minute booking for my wife’s birthday weekend. Our family of four enjoyed the amenities including the pool, jacuzzi, and bar area, and surround system for music. The space was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. Bedrooms were all very comfortable and well appointed with pillows and blankets. We even took advantage of the fire pit after buying some firewood locally. The contemporary design of the space was very appealing, including the thought put into the architectural lighting accents (I’m an architect, so I enjoyed the thoughtful touches). The space was warm and inviting, however, my wife noted a little artwork and some additional bedside tables and lamps in the master would make it even more so.We did struggle with the three different coffee makers, only getting the Keurig to work. The drip coffee maker doesn’t seem to function; maybe some instruction on the other one would be helpful. It was August during our stay and we took full advantage of the outdoor pool area. There were some issues with wasps nests in the eaves/soffit areas that probably need to be addressed. Luckily no one was stung but they were a bit annoying, and may be a concern for future guests this summer.Overall, we had a great stay and enjoyed the chance to check out the area. If you stay here, we would highly recommend the 30 min drive to check out the Ishnala Supper Club in Lake Delton (WI Dells area).

Thank you so much for taking the time to share such thoughtful and detailed feedback. We’re so glad you and your family enjoyed your stay and had the opportunity to make the most of the pool, jacuzzi, fire pit, and other amenities. It especially means a lot to hear your kind words about the design and architectural details of the home. We also truly appreciate you pointing out the areas where we can improve. We’ll be checking the coffee makers and adding clearer instructions, as well as addressing the wasp issue right away. Your suggestions regarding the master bedroom are also very helpful as we continue adding thoughtful touches to the space. It was a pleasure hosting your family for such a special birthday weekend. Thank you again for choosing our home, and we would be happy to welcome you back anytime!
