This oversized corner condo overlooks the lazy river and is steps away from the pools..The condo has been professionally decorated with many upgrades making this the perfect comfortable setting for your vacation. Take the opportunity to stay here during the summer months and experience this distinguishing condo!



The Space:

The cottages are individually owned condo so no two condos are alike- this owner's unit is an exceptional corner unit, with fabulous upgrades, just steps from the pool. Come sit back and relax! The 10' built-in Entertainment Center features a 60" smart TV. The light and airy decor will remind you that you are in paradise. The kitchen has top-of-the-line appliances and a white Quartz countertop. Dining table is over-sized for extra comfort.



The master bedroom has a peaceful decor and luxury of extra large room, sitting bench an an oversized TV. Master bathroom has a jacuzzi and a separate walk in shower.



One guest room has a king size bed and the other has a queen size bed..





Naples Bay Resort is just minutes away from the 5th Avenue Downtown. This complex offers you the very best of a 4 star hotel - State of the Art Gym, Tennis, Spa and 4 beautiful pool including an Adult only pool. Enjoy the free shuttle to the beach, 5th Avenue and Third Street.



Guest Access:

Guests must register with THE CLUB in order to use the 5 pools, 3 hot tubs, sauna rooms, steam room, gym, tennis, and Member's Lounge. In addition, THE CLUB provides free shuttle to 5th Avenue, 3rd Street and the Pier Beach. The Club Fees are Paid DIRECTLY to THE CLUB at your arrival.

The Neighborhood:

This area allows you to walk to many restaurants like Blackbird Asian , Nosh, Riverwalk, Pinchers, EJs, just to name a few. 5th Avenue Restaurants are .07 of a mile away - a 5 minute drive.



Getting Around:

Cabs are just $10 to 5th Avenue, and now Naples has Uber too. If you like walking, 5th Avenue is just .7 miles away.

The Club provides a free shuttle every hour on the hour

Reservation required.



Other Things to Note:

REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED TO USE THE CLUB'S AMENITIES.

The Hotel offers a free shuttle to the beach, it leaves every hour on the hour from your front door.

If you choose to drive to the beach, it’s located 1.7 Miles to the beach. Shuttle will also stop at 5th Ave and 3rd Street.



There is so much to do in Naples! You can rent bikes, kayaks, paddle boats and motor boats at the Naples Bay Resort. If you are looking for a spa treatment, Naples Bay Resort has it too! The zoo is just 1 mile away, and the Botanical Garden is a beautiful park. Cambier Park on 5th avenue offers bocce, basketball and an incredible interactive children's park. Theater and art galleries are wonderful in Naples.

Consignment store, thrift shops and antique stores are a fabulous in Naples - you never know what you will find in these stores.

Lovely apartment in Great Area

The apartment was gorgeous. It was clean, spacious, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. We had access to the club and really enjoyed time at the pool. The apartment is in a fantastic location and we walked into Naples and Tin City several times during our stay. Would highly recommend staying here.

Everything was perfect

This condo is beautifully decorated, spacious, clean and filled with every necessity and thoughtful extra touches. It is in a great location and has every amenity we desired. Communication with management was excellent. We will definitely stay here again.

Best NBR condo we have stayed in

We have visited NBR 5 times and this has to be the best condo we have stayed in. It was pure luxury. Very modern, clean and comfortable. Lovely social, open plan living and dining. Well equipped and some lovely little extra touches which were greatly appreciated. Thank you. We will look to stay here again.

Beautiful Naples Bay Resort

Our stay at Naples Bay Resort was wonderful. Our Host, Alina, responded promptly with any questions. She was extremely helpful. The 3 bedroom cottage was decorated beautifully. It was clean and equipped with everything we needed.. The club offered many amenities, as well. But, with two children, the pool area, with a waterfall, lazy river and hot tub, certainly made the stay perfect for the whole family.

Excellent Stay!

If you’re looking for a beautiful and comfortable place to stay in Naples book this condo today! The furnishings are luxurious, the beds are comfortable, there are TVs in every room including the lanai, and the kitchen is well-appointed with everything you need to reheat your leftovers or cook a full dinner. We especially appreciated the blackout curtains in the bedrooms, the strong spray showers and proximity to downtown Naples. Communication with the host was great. She was quick to respond with answers to all of our questions. Highly recommend this lovely condo!!!!

We will definitely be back!

We have stayed at 20+ VRBO’s and this was our favorite. The home was spotless, modern, well decorated, and in great shape. Everything from the cooking utensils to the appliances we’re well cared for. Everything you could need for a beach day from coolers, chairs, umbrella and sand toys. The layout of the place was great. There is a lanai with the TV so while most of us are watching the final four in the family room right outside on the porch the other people were playing games and watching other TV… And the place was so soundproof he

Beautiful condo

The condo was clean, spacious, beautifully decorated. The location in Naples was perfect for site seeing, shopping, restaurants galore and just enjoying the beautiful area. We were very comfortable and more than happy with our accommodations. I would definitely return to this property again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Naples area.

One of the most up to date and well appointed rental units and complex that we have stayed at.

Sincerely hoping this place is available to us in the future! Unfortunately, drinks served at the pool could have been a little stronger for the price paid.

Perfect for short or long stays

Our family of four spent a month at this great property. We had high expectations given other reviews and the apartment lived up to those. The apartment was high spec, beautifully clean and had everything we needed for such a long stay. Communication with the property manager was very smooth. The location within the resort is ideal, close to the pool but private, and we were able to walk to the restaurants in Old Naples in 15 minutes. Highly recommended.

Naples Bay Resort

This property was perfect for a daily of five. 2 adults and 3 children 15, 13 and 9. There was beautiful pools, too golf, a gym and spa. Enough to keep everyone busy! The place was gorgeous and looked exactly liked it did in the pictures. Everything was clean and it was minimalistic. I would definitely book again!!

Fabulous Naples

Everything you want in a family stay was available in this community. The condo was exactly as presented and lovely touches throughout the property. The manager was available , prompt, and lovely to work with! Our group would definitely enjoy coming back here to stay!

Everything you need

Beautifully decorated condo. Has everything you need....dishes, towels, beach chairs, coolers and the list goes on. Three bedrooms and two full baths leaves plenty of room for family. Nice pool area too. Only complaint was the reception on the television, very, very spotty. Overall, great experience. Would rent again

Wonderful Stay Wonderful Condo

This condo exactly as pictured, except even better in person. The apartment is exceptionally clean and comfortable and the amenities are perfect. The condo has everything I needed for my stay and more. The layout is very spacious and nicely decorated with a lot of attention to detail. Everything is spotless and very well maintained, and even had extra batteries for remote tv control. The outdoor porch is extra roomy and I enjoyed watching TV in the lanai. The location was ideal and you can get to 5th Avenue, the beach and the marina. It was a perfect balance to being comfortable in an apartment but having the luxury of the hotel's amenities, multiple pools and restaurants. The property manager was amazing and very attentive hostess. I would highly recommend this property,

Each condo is individually owned and decorated very differently from others. C104 had been completely updated. This has lots of custom features to elevate your stay. The white kitchen with the waterfall white quartz is stunning - the TV entertain center is like no other. You will hear the waterfall from the family pool and know you are on vacation.
