Vacation home close to nature in the Småland highlands

This holiday home, built in 1961, is located in the small community of Pauliström, located on the Småland highlands, surrounded by fantastic nature, and with urban areas such as Vetlanda approx. 30km away and Vimmerby approx. 40km away. Here there are many fine fishing waters and good golf courses within reasonable distances. About 30 km away is Kettilsås, which is a good ski resort with a lift. In the woods around the house there are good opportunities for picking mushrooms and berries (blueberries and lingonberries).

The house is fully equipped with a bedroom with a double bed and two single beds in a separate bedroom. In the basement there are two bedrooms with a double bed in each. The basement is cool, and indoor shoes are recommended for the cold floors.



Bring your own sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases and towels.

The kitchen has full modern equipment with stove, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, fridge and freezer. There are 5 seats in the kitchen.



WC with shower on the first floor, and WC with shower, as well as washing machine and tumble dryer in the basement.

A living room with sofa and armchairs, as well as TV with only free channels.

Broadband with Wifi included.



Porch with two chairs and small bench + table. Patio with 4 chairs and a sofa + table and barbecue.

Large lawn for play and games.



Nice swimming area with jetty at Lake Ramsen, with adjacent deer fence, 1 km away. Good parking facilities, and a simpler changing building and outhouse. There is also an exercise loop here, approx. 2.5 km

350kWh is included per week, beyond that you will be charged at the current electricity price.
