In the middle of the woods you find our lovely house . Here is peace and silence. There are bikes in the barn. A few minutes away from the house you will find our boat that you are welcome to use.

The house has 3 floors and is used primarily by our family :
in the basement , found a new washing machine,
ground floor : 1 large kitchen with dining area, stove, refrigerator / freezer, microwave and dishwasher and access to a lovely south facing terrace.
Living room with many DVD movies and music CD and television with DVD and Video .
Bathroom with shower and toilet.
1 Large bedroom with double beds
On the first floor are 4 bedrooms with 2 beds in each. Besides one of the room has a baby bed.

Easy Check-in, well equipped kitchen, cozy fire pit, lots of space for the kids to play inside and out, very nice contact with the owners. Could have been a little cleaner but overall a very lovely place for a relaxing stay. Highly recommended!

Wonderful time as family in Smålands nature

We enjoyed the beauty of the house, garden and nature, that sourrounded everything. To stay close to to beautiful lakes, reachable by a ten/15 minute walk was great to enjoy, relax, swim and using the row boat made it a special time. The big nice garden, the fireplace, the forest, the trials....the house itself is pretty and has cosy rooms. It gives place for one or two families or for a group of people.

Great for two families with teens and kids

We had a stay for two weeks with 8 people. Space was more than enough available inside and the garden gives room for badminton and ball games. The 5 minute walk to the lake with the boat was nearly a daily routine for us, often more than once a day. The location ist really quiet and a good starting point to explore the småland area. The house itself is in a good shape for it's age. But the owner was always available via WhatsApp with help and solutions If needed. I would greatly recommend the property! 💚 Tack så mycket for the unforgettable memories!

Wie in Bullerbü

Wunderschöne Umgebung, charmantes Haus, wenn auch einiges reparaturbedürftig. Wir hatte eine tolle Familienwoche in der Natur, beim gemeinsamen Kochen und Spielen. Leider wollte kein Fisch an unsere Angel, aber war nicht schlimm - das Erlebnis früh oder abends auf dem See ist auch ohne Anglerglück ein großes Erlebnis.

Bijzonder groot en sfeervol Zweeds huis

Helaas hadden wij een week wisselvallig weer. 14-18 graden en regelmatig regen. Prachtig huis, persoonlijk. Royale slaapkamers, gezellige kamer en keuken. Er is alles, en je zit heerlijk in de natuur. Het is niet super schoon, het is een familie huis dat je zelf na afloop schoon maakt. Vloeren end. waren schoon, maar ramen en deuren minder. Dat maakte ons echter niet uit, de lokatie en het mooie complete huis maakte dat wel goed. Bedden ook prima.

Schöner Urlaub

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Umgebung und Lage ist super. Sehr schönes Haus. Perfekt für zwei Familien. Leider ein bisschen zu weit (ca. 7 min. Fußweg) zum Boot.

Schönes Haus in der Natur

Wir waren eine Woche in Småland und haben die Zeit in dem Haus sehr genossen. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet und das Kinderzimmer und der Garten herrlich für die Kinder. Das Klettergerüst und die Schaukel sind schon ziemlich alt und könnten erneuert werden. Der Kamin lädt zu gemütlichen Abenden ein. Das Boot liegt in einem Stausee, der in etwa 10 min zu Fuß erreichbar ist. Die Bäder sind schon etwas älter.

Wonderful House with great Surrounding

We stayed for 2 Weeks only with 3 Adults and 1 Child in this wonderful House and had a pleasent stay. Theres really nothing missing in the House or the Shed. Bikes, BBQ Grills, Tools - everything you could possibly need is there. The porch with the nice big garden is perfect to enjoy a relaxing evening. The surrounding woods are always good for taking a walk and youll see lots of beautifull flowers and animals. The neighbors are nice and very unobstrusive. There are only two little negative points which might be common among these kind of houses. Since this was our first stay in sweden i have no comparison. 1. Due to the nature of the House being built out of wood, the upper floor makes very loud noises when being walked on. If you are a light sleeper, you might have a problem with that 2. Even though the House was clean you can notice that it needed a "general cleaning" - there were Spider Webs on the Stairs, the Windows were dirty and there were plenty of dead bugs on the Windows Sills. Nothing that bothered us in any way. I would definately recommend that house.

Et hus med plads til den store familie

Vi har haft endnu et dejligt ophold i det dejlige hus i Sverige. Der var rigelig plads til os alle (2 familier med i alt 4 voksne og 6 børn i alderen 1-15 år), og huset ligger skønt med skoven lige ved siden af. Vi lavede snobrød på bålpladsen og fik spillet fodbold og kongespil på den store græsplæne. Der blev gået ture rundt om søen og det blev også til bid på fiskestængerne et par gange. Alt i alt et dejligt ophold Alt i alt en dejlig uge

Idyllisches Schwedenhaus auf dem Berg

Das Objekt befindet sich auf einer Anhöhe, von der aus man eine tolle Sicht auf die Umgebung hat. Im umliegenden Wald lassen sich super Pilze und Beeren sammeln. Das Haus bietet ausreichend Platz und ist gut ausgestattet, selbst die Kinder haben viel Spielzeug gefunden und der Grill hat uns mehrere schöne Abende beschert. Die Fahrräder und die vielen Sport- und Spielgeräte runden das Bild ab. Die netten Nachbarn stehen zudem gerne mit Rat und Tipps zur Verfügung. Lediglich der Weg zum Ruderboot war ein wenig länger und unwegsamer als erwartet. Dem Gesamteindruck tut dies allerdings keinen Abbruch.

Fantastisk natur

Vi var meget tilfredse med vores ophold i dette store hus i skoven. Vi holder meget af naturen, og havde nogle fanstatiske vandre- og sejlture i området, hvor vi så div. fugle, endda flere gange et isfuglepar samt rådyr. Vi så også friske spor af elg blot 100 meter fra huset. Området er utroligt smukt, kuperet og med skov, søer og endda et lille vandfald samt to små broer man skal over for at komme til huset, det hele meget idyllisk. Vi var også på shopping i Jönkøping og et tur til Vestervig hvor vi så den smukke skærgård. Ca. 8 km fra huset er den lille by Vetlanda, hvor du kan få det meste, og hvor der er spisesteder, tøjbutikker osv. Vi nød vores ophold, og kommer gerne igen.

Schönes rotes Schwedenhaus

Das rote Holzhaus ist sehr groß, mit vielen geräumigen Zimmern und einer voll eingerichteten Küche. Wir waren mit zwei Familien dort und jeder hatte genügend Platz für sich. Auch der Garten ist sehr groß und gut geeignet für z.B. Volleyball.

Perfekt für Familienurlaub

Wir haben hier mit einer befreundeten Familie zwei herrliche und entspannte Wochen verbracht. Die extrem ruhige Lage inmitten des Waldes war sehr entspannend. Die einzigen Nachbarn haben wir kaum bemerkt und waren sehr höflich und unauffällig. Der nahe See ist gut zu Fuß zu erreichen und auch das zugehörige Boot erleichterte dessen Erkundung und konnte gut zum Angeln genutzt werden. Im Haus war alles vorhanden was man benötigt, inkl. Grills und Werkzeug zum Holz machen, wobei es auch schon einen Holzvorrat im Schuppen gab. Der Grillplatz wurde von uns viel genutzt, und das große Grundstück war ein Traum für unsere Kinder, lediglich das Spielgerüst müsste mal wegen der Standsicherheit erneuert werden. Ausflugsziele gibt es reichlich und in der ca. 10 Minuten entfernten Stadt Vetlanda gibt es viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Wir würden dort jederzeit wieder hinfahren und können das Haus absolut empfehlen.

Skønt hus i dejlige omgivelser

Vi havde en fantastisk uge i huset i Klinte. Vi var to familier med i alt 4 voksne og 5 børn og der var rigeligt med plads. Huset ligger meget naturskønt og vi både gik, cyklede og sejlede i området. Selve grunden var ideel til fodbold, snobrødsbagning og leg for den mindste på 1 år. Man føler at man er langt væk fra alting fordi der er så stille, men der er kun en kort køretur ind til Vetlanda for at handle. Naboer er meget flinke, og man mærker ikke meget til dem, fordi haven ligger på den anden side af huset. En tur til ind og se speedway på Vetlanda Motorstadion kan anbefales for hele familien. Alt i alt havde vi et fantatisk ophold og det kan helt klart anbefales, hvis man er til naturskønne omgivelser.

Der Gesamteindruck des Ferienobjektes liegt bei 3-4 Sternen. Wir haben uns für 4 Sterne entschieden.

Insgesamt können wir sagen, dass wir (3 Generationen - Familie 4 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder) einen schönen Urlaub in Vetlanda verbracht haben. Wie in der Gesamtbewertung zu lesen, haben wir uns für 4 Sterne bei der Bewertung entschieden, was damit zu tun hat, dass wir Erfahrung mit schwedischen Ferienhäusern haben und man eine gewisse Einfachheit (das ist nicht negativ zu werten!) akzeptieren muss. Ein bisschen unaufgeräumt und mit etwas verschmutztem Fußboden haben wir das Ferienhaus übernommen, was wir auch dem Vermieter vermittelt haben. Da waren die Vormieter wohl nicht so gründlich was die Endreinigung betrifft (schade). Ansonsten gibt es alles was man benötigt und die Lage entsprach dem was wir uns vorgestellt haben. Das alles Grün auf dem Grundstück durch die hohen Temperaturen und den fehlenden Regen (3 Monate kein Niederschlag) weg und verbrannt war, war schade, doch dafür kann keiner was. Damit waren jedoch Lagerfeuer und Grillen tabu. Dafür passten die Temperaturen im See. Sehr angenehm und das Baden hat riesig Spaß gemacht. Vormieter hatten bereits angemerkt, dass es ein Nachbarhaus gibt, was in der Ausschreibung nicht erwähnt wird. Wir können sagen, dass dies überhaupt kein Problem ist, denn man merkt die Nachbarn überhaupt nicht und es sind sehr, sehr nette Leute (Deutsche), die einem auf Nachfrage gerne die eine, oder andere Information geben. Also zusammenfassend alles soweit in Ordnung. Da wir nun schon seit vielen Jahren immer ein anderes Ziel in Schweden ansteuern, werden wir wahrscheinlich nicht nochmal nach Vetlanda reisen. Sollte es uns doch nochmal hierher verschlagen, dann würde das Haus jedoch wieder als Feriendomizil in Frage kommen. Kathrin und Jürgen Müller

Delightful getaway for extended famiy

We were an extended family group (8 people from 3 families) from USA and Canada visiting relatives in Sweden. This home provided a great base for us to take day trips in Småland and Skåne as well as enjoy the countryside. The house is spacious and we especially appreciated the upstairs sitting area so smaller groups could congregate. We hiked around the area and used the boat and bikes.

Stort og fint hus i smukke omgivelser- perfekt til børnefamilier

Vi tilbragte en uge i Klinte og kan varmt anbefale stedet. Huset er meget rummeligt og velegnet til børnefamilier. Der er gode faciliteter og tingene fungerer. Vi havde stor glæde af sejle-, cykel- og vandreture i området, leg i haven, græsslåning og dvd krimier når børnene var lagt. Udlejer fremstår venlig og imødekommende og har udarbejdet en mappe til huset med udførlige informationer ( både praktisk info og gode forslag til ture i området). Et lille minus var, at opdage at huset ligger lige ved siden af et andet hus og at man dermed har naboer tæt på sig- ikke pga selve naboerne (der fremstår yderst fredelige), men fordi at det ikke fremgår i beskrivelse/billedmateriale på hjemmesiden.
