Murter is known as the largest island of the ?ibenik archipelago and is separated from the mainland by the narrow Murter channel, over which a 12 meter long movable bridge was built in the town of Tisno. This beautiful island has four settlements: Murter, Betina, Jezera and Tisno and has been inhabited for almost two millennia. Built in 2022 in a rustic style, Villa Stina Murter offers 185 m2 of living space and the total area of the plot is 990 m2. It is 350 meters from the nearest beach, which is an excellent opportunity for refreshment on hot summer days. It is fully air-conditioned and can accommodate a maximum of 8, optimally 6 people. Guests are accommodated in 3 bedrooms, two of which have a double bed (200 x 180) and the third bedroom has 2 single beds (200 x 90) that can be combined to form a double bed. In addition, each bedroom has its own bathroom with shower cabin. In the living room you will find a sofa, an armchair, a romantic fireplace and a smart TV. Next to the living room there is a dining room with a dining table and a modern kitchen equipped with everything you need to prepare your favorite dishes with ease. There is also a balcony on the upper floor of the villa, where you can drink coffee or read a book while enjoying the sea view, thanks to the sofa and coffee table. The outdoor terrace will become your favorite place to relax thanks to the 42 m² hydromassage pool with a depth of 1.5 meters and a sunbathing lawn with 6 deck chairs. There is also a covered outdoor dining table, next to which there is also an outdoor charcoal or wood grill. Fans of an active vacation will be delighted by the gym, which has several basic workout machines. The villa also offers 2 bicycles for you to use during your stay.
