Whether you’re celebrating a special occasion, planning a romantic getaway, or simply craving a peaceful retreat, this is your place to slow down and recharge.

Inside, you’ll find a thoughtfully designed cottage that combines comfort with modern conveniences. The spacious one-bedroom retreat comfortably accommodates up to four guests and offers everything you need for a relaxing stay.

A Note About Our Property
The Barntique is located on our family’s private estate, where we also make our home. Our residence is approximately one-quarter mile from the guest cottage, allowing guests to enjoy a peaceful and secluded stay while also respecting that this is our personal home and property.

To ensure everyone enjoys the tranquility of the estate, we simply ask that guests remain within the designated guest areas, trails, lake, and recreation spaces provided for their enjoyment. We value your privacy during your stay and appreciate your respect for ours in return.

One of our favorite traditions is watching the sun melt into the lake each evening. We invite you to sit back, breathe deeply, and experience the quiet beauty that first made our family fall in love with this special place.

While you’ll feel worlds away from the hustle and bustle, you’re still just minutes from the charm of Henderson, Tennessee, where you’ll find local restaurants, coffee shops, antique stores, and Southern hospitality.

Please Note: The Barntique is located on our family’s private estate. While the guest cottage enjoys its own private setting approximately one-quarter mile from our residence, this is not a venue for parties, large gatherings, or events. We welcome guests who appreciate nature, peace and quiet, and the opportunity to relax while respecting our home and surrounding property.

We do welcome RV's and have hook ups. RV cost is $20 per day in addition to cottage rental. We do not supply hoses guests must have their own. Guest must request upon reservation and a separate post-booking charge will apply.
