Spacious lakefront 3B 2B bottom level home on beautiful Pine Lake in Lexington, Tn. Fully stocked Kitchen, Den/Rec Room, semi-private pool in season, WIFI, pool table, outdoor fireplace, corn hole, etc.. Located 100 miles west of Nashville & 100 miles east of Memphis off of I40. Must be 25 years old to rent. Owners live on this property upper levels and is separate from the rental. Guests will have access to the bottom floor, the semi-private swimming pool & pool house when in season, and the lake. We have lots of pool floats. You may also bring a boat or jet skis. We have a boat dock and a boat ramp that is available for your use. Owners might use pool and amenities during your rental dates. Every bedroom and rec room has a Smart TV. There is also a Smart TV at the pool house. There are 6 kayaks and 1 paddle board included in your rental. Life jackets are provided and required to be on the device you are using.

Great peaceful getaway!

Plenty of room to spread out! Host was super helpful and responsive, making sure we had everything we needed! Very peaceful location and it was great to step out and take a walk or drink coffee in the morning with a view:)

Exceeded our expectations

We loved the cozy basement apartment for our stay. It has the best showers and the house has everything said in the description. The owners were so kind and respectful. Upon arrival the showed us where we could find all the lakes toys and amenities. It was an excellent stay.

Relaxing atmosphere in a beautiful location!

Our hosts, Tammy and Dale, were incredibly accommodating! We had a wonderful time at their vacation rental. It was the perfect location for a fun bachelorette trip. The location was beautiful, right on the lake. We enjoyed eating on the patio, relaxing by the pool, viewing gorgeous sunsets, and swimming in the lake. Their vacation rental was roomy and clean. It had all the necessaries, like towels, wood for the outside fireplace, and a full kitchen with pots, pans, plates, etc. We loved our stay and would love to return again!

Perfect place for a relaxing vacation on the lake

Gorgeous views, relaxing atmosphere! Our stay at Tammy and Dale’s place could not have been more perfect! The house is immaculately clean and spacious. The kids loved the pool table, the swimming pool, the slide into the lake, the kayaks, and the best hospitality from Dale and Tammy! Not to mention the best coffee bar! We were there for the Bassmaster Junior National Championship and Tammy was the boys biggest fan!! We highly recommend this home for the perfect lake vacation!!

A lovely weekend at the lake

My husband and I met our daughter and grandchildren at this lovely home on Pine Lake in Lexington, TN. Tammy and Dale were amazing host and hostess. The apartment was spotless - so nice to be in such a clean place. We had so much fun swimming, boating, playing at the beach on the lake, roasting marshmallows and just relaxing. The view out to the lake is breathtaking.... I highly recommend their home for a great lake vacation!

Beautiful spot!

A lovely home on beautiful Pine Lake near Lexington, TN. Even on a rainy 4 days, we had a wonderful family reunion. Other family members rented another AirB&B about 1/3 mile down the shore. Our whole family spent time at both houses. The beautiful pool with diving board and the waterslide into the lake were a big hit! The hosts couldn’t be nicer or more accommodating! We’ll be back in 2 years for our next family reunion!

Wonderful Weekend Getaway!

We had a wonderful stay at the Middleton Lake House! The property is gorgeous and so, so quiet! We were able to relax, yet the pool, lake, kayaks, paddleboards, movies, and games provided plenty of options for entertainment! The kitchen is fully stocked with every appliance and dishes, pots and pans we could ever need! The beds are comfortable and the bathrooms are spotless! Tammy and Dale Middleton are fantastic! We wish we could give higher than a 5 star-rating! Our family ranged from 30-88 years of age, and we all agree we can't wait to go back! THANK YOU!

The property was beautiful but…

The property was beautiful!! but I didn’t see the part where it said, ‘Owners may or may not be sharing the pool with you.” until it was too late to cancel. That statement was down in the amenities list but should be in the description so renters don’t miss it. With that said, we went down to the lake as soon as we arrived. The owners showed up soon after and sat in some chairs on the dock with us. They are very nice but this made my teens, especially the 3 girls, very uncomfortable and they eventually left the lake area because of it. The owners stayed on the dock for 2.5 hours. We all would have stayed at the lake longer had they not been there so long. We were frustrated because we spent the money to spend time at the lake with our family not with the owners. Luckily, we were unbothered the next day on the lake. They did, however, spend a few hours near the pool the next evening so my teens stayed away from it. They are very nice but I feel that they didn’t need to spend that much time where we were when they could have just as easily hung out on their own deck. It’s was just odd.

Work weekend turned fun…

We were recipients of lovely hospitality. They live upstairs, you have the downstairs. The pool is refreshing, the lake is stunning! The fish are super fun to watch at the lake on their dock. It was a great spot for us to unwind.

Last Hurrah

We had an amazing weekend. The property was perfect for our short family&friends getaway, though we will be back for a longer stay !! The property is beautiful and in a great location, and the accommodations were wonderful. We were able to dock our boat for the weekend at their dock and we thoroughly enjoyed the lake. The pool area was perfect! The firepit/ patio area was a great place to relax and the kiddos loved roasting marshmallows and playing in the large yard. Highly recommend this property for a relaxing fun getaway!!

Great Experience

The physical property is immaculate but even more impressive are the hosts. Tammy and Dale are fabulous hosts and really fine people. We also met their extended family and had some great conversations around the pool. 5 Stars is way too low for this wonderful family.

Soul cleansing💙

This property has it all! My husband, our boys and I went for short get away and it was the best decision!!! We relaxed, played pool together, relaxed and played in the pool, went fishing, grilled some yummy burgers and brats and roasted some marshmallows!! Tammy and Dale are great hosts! There’s all you need right there! I wish we could have stayed longer so we could kayak around the lake. It was so peaceful through the work week! Not many on the lake. Thanks again! So glad to reconnect to someone who has a special connection to our family! 💙 Highly recommend this property!!

Home away from home

We absolutely loved staying here! The house was clean, roomy and has everything you could possibly need! Tammy and Dale are the nicest people you will ever meet and are there if you have any questions. I can’t say enough how nice and hospitable they are!! One of our daughters had a birthday while we were there. I asked if she had any recommendations for cheesecake and she did and it was fabulous!!!! We will definitely be going back!! :)

Wonderful stay at the lake

We had a fabulous time at Tammy and Dale’s lake house. It was a great place for families to meet up. Our two boys enjoyed the pool, water slide and lake everyday. The hosts are very friendly, sweet and enjoyable. They went out of their way to help and make sure we had a good stay. We enjoyed conversing with them. Of all the places we have stayed, this was definitely the best stocked house—kitchen had everything we needed and more, plentiful towels in the bath and toiletries. Great place to relax and enjoy the beautiful sunsets and lake. Wonderful outdoor area for taking it all in. We enjoyed our stay and hope to be back! Thank you for sharing your home!

Couldn’t be better!!!

Tammy and Dale were excellent hosts. Everything was spotlessly clean inside and outside. Kitchen was better stocked than anywhere we have ever stayed! Actually the whole entire rental is well stocked, bathroom, pool house, towels, blankets, games, etc.......all you need is your clothes, food and a couple of beach towels and your set! Beautiful scenery and great fishing too!

Dale and I built and moved into our custom home 23 years ago. We have two grown children and their rooms were downstairs where you will stay. We continue to occupy this area when it is not being rented out. However, you can be assured that while you are staying in our home we will never interrupt or interfere with your stay. Dale is a semi-retired from his commercial flooring company, Dale's Interior Designs. I still work full-time as a banker in Loan Administration and have been employed with the same bank for 37 years.

What more could you ask for? A home away from home. 3 Bedrooms, 2 Baths, Fully equipped kitchen with a Coffee Bar with a Bunn Coffee Maker and a Keurig Coffee Maker, a recreation/living room with a pool table, a swimming pool when in season, a 500 acre lake with the most beautiful sunsets you can imagine, an outdoor fireplace (built by Dale), a great location in Tennessee located 100 miles west of Nashville & 100 miles east of Memphis. We have entertained our friends and family for many years here and want to share it with other people now that our children are grown. Our children do visit us regularly and we have four grandchildren that we are very proud of as you will see in some of the pictures that are sitting around in the bedrooms.
