From the waterside terrace, equipped with a swimming ladder, you can step right into the Mookerplas to swim or enjoy the peaceful view. Additionally, the houseboat features a spacious roof terrace, accessible via an outdoor staircase. With comfortable seating, artificial grass and a parasol, this is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the panoramic view over water and nature.

AccommodationThe houseboat is designed for comfort and style and is fully insulated, making it very suitable for a winter stay. The bright living room with large windows offers a beautiful view over the water and provides direct access to the terrace. The houseboat has all the amenities of a boat, but remains at a fixed mooring during your stay. Suitable for a maximum of 4 adults and 2 children.

The open kitchen is fully equipped with a cooktop, refrigerator, kettle and a Senseo coffee maker. There are two bedrooms: one with a double box spring bed and one with a bunk bed. The sofa bed in the living room provides additional sleeping space.

The modern bathroom features a shower, toilet, washbasin and hair dryer. The houseboat is also equipped with air conditioning, heating and free wifi.

Extra facilities: use of a washing machine and dryer (April to October), possibility to moor your own boat and parking within walking distance. Luggage carts are available at the marina.

Surroundings and ActivitiesThe Mookerplas is ideal for water and nature lovers. You can swim here, fish without a fishing license and practice various water sports. Rent a luxury sloop, lounge boat, kayak or SUP and explore the area from the water.

There's also plenty to do on land. Explore the region with an E chopper or take a walk over the Mookerheide. The location near the German border and the city of Nijmegen makes this location perfect for both rest and excursions. In the area you'll find various restaurants and attractions.

For extra relaxation, you can also rent our communal sauna at Marina Mookerplas during your stay. This sauna can be privately reserved per time slot, so you can enjoy a wellness moment in peace after an active day.
