EXCLUSIVE VACATION IN A QUIET, CENTRAL LOCATION IN

Villa Maris was lovingly built in 2010 as a second-row extension in the spa-style architecture and blends harmoniously into the townscape of Kühlungsborn. Located directly on Lindenpark next to the tennis courts and with its back to the Kühlungsborn city forest, the villa enjoys an idyllic yet central location. The center of Kühlungsborn East and the beach are just a few minutes’ walk away.

The villa features three lovingly designed 1- and 2-room vacation apartments for 2 to 3 people. Each apartment is equipped with a balcony, a bathroom with a shower, a fully equipped kitchenette, and a living and dining area. All apartments have Wi-Fi, which is available to you free of charge. Dogs are welcome in apartments 3 and 4. Each vacation apartment comes with one free parking space on the property for our guests. A lockable bike shed is also located on the property.

NEW AND IMPORTANT FOR E-BIKE USERS:
The lockable bike shed features three electrical outlets and a convenient shelf for safely and conveniently charging e-bike batteries.
Please note: Charging batteries is permitted only in the bike room.
For safety reasons, charging batteries in the apartments is no longer permitted.

HIGH-QUALITY 2-ROOM VACATION APARTMENT FOR 2 PEOPLE WITH A SOUTHEAST-FACING BALCONY

Welcome to Vacation Apartment No. 04 at Villa Maris. This lovingly and modernly furnished 2-room vacation rental is located on the top floor of the building. With 46 square meters of living space, 2 people can enjoy a relaxing vacation here. You’ll find a bright, open-concept living and sleeping area with a kitchenette, a bedroom, a bathroom with a shower, and a balcony facing east-west. The apartment features designer flooring with a wood-look finish.

The thoughtfully furnished living area includes a cozy sofa set, a 40-inch 4K flat-screen TV, and a Bluetooth internet radio. The adjacent dining area offers plenty of space for shared meals. The open kitchenette, designed in a modern country style, is equipped with all the essential kitchen appliances and utensils you’ll need to prepare the perfect dinner: The kitchen features a 2-zone ceramic cooktop, an oven at a comfortable standing height, a dishwasher, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. A coffee maker, a kettle, and a toaster, as well as plenty of cookware and tableware, round out the kitchen amenities.

From the living area, you can step out onto the furnished balcony, which faces east and west. Here you can soak up the sun, relax, and wind down the evening after a beautiful day at the beach.

In the bedroom, a comfortable double bed (2 x 80 x 200 cm) invites you to a restful night’s sleep. The spacious closet with a full-length mirror offers plenty of room for your vacation wardrobe. Pleated blinds and curtains are installed on the windows in the bedroom and living area to provide privacy and block out light.

The tiled, naturally lit bathroom is equipped with a shower, sink, and toilet. A towel warmer ensures your towels stay cozy and warm. A hair dryer, a cosmetic mirror, and pleated blinds for privacy round out the bathroom furnishings.

SPECIAL FEATURES

Please understand that smoking is permitted only outdoors, as this is a non-smoking apartment. A well-behaved dog is welcome in this vacation rental. Please notify us in advance of your arrival regarding your beloved four-legged friend.

The rental price includes all utilities such as electricity, water, and heating. Bed linens and towels are also provided as a starter set. The linens package includes bed linens, 1 bath towel, 1 hand towel per person, as well as dish towels and bath mats per apartment.

As an additional service, Wi-Fi internet access is available free of charge; however, in accordance with the Terms and Conditions, we assume no liability for any service disruptions.

Guests of this vacation rental have access to a free parking space on the property. You can securely store bicycles you’ve brought with you or rented in the lockable bike shed. Outlets and storage shelves are available here for safely charging e-bike batteries—charging inside the apartments is not permitted.



Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM, and check-out from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
