You'll be delighted by Horsa Hoog – this charming, nearly new semi-detached house (completion in Autumn 2023) is just a stone's throw away from the North Sea and wonderfully centrally located in beautiful Wenningstedt! Here, you'll find all the conveniences one could wish for a successful vacation: Whether it's daily necessities, small boutiques, restaurants, the Sylt Golf Club, or the Baderuper Heide nature reserve – everything is within easy reach! The focal point, of course, is the nearby wide sandy beach not far from the Red Cliffs. This is where you'll encounter many families with children who visibly feel at home – it's no wonder Wenningstedt is considered the "family beach" of the island. You can use a private parking space for your car and a charging station for your electric vehicle right on the property of your vacation home.

The heart of your spacious vacation home is the bright, inviting living-dining area. Charming muntin windows and doors let light in from almost all sides. An impressive, glass gas fireplace forms the cozy centerpiece of the room, providing a warm and comfortable atmosphere after dark. The entire living area, with its bright colors, elegant furnishings, and high-quality wooden parquet, is a feast for the eyes. The tasteful furniture with blue accents exudes a maritime flair. Here, you can relax on the comfortable couch and armchairs or sit together at the dining table in a convivial round. Through the lattice patio doors, you can access the private terrace and garden from the living area. Here, sun loungers and, from May to October, even a beach chair invite you to relax and sunbathe.
Cooking enthusiasts will fully enjoy the modern kitchen: High-quality branded appliances, a cooking island with an induction cooktop, and a wide range of kitchen equipment make preparing dishes a pleasure! After a sociable meal at the large wooden table, you can make yourself comfortable with your loved ones on the comfortable corner couch and either be entertained by the modern Smart TV and high-quality Sonos speakers—or simply open windows and doors and let yourself be decelerated by the gentle sound of the nearby North Sea waves!

Upstairs is the large master bedroom, equipped with an extremely comfortable king-size box spring bed. Bright, cozy earth tones create a relaxing atmosphere. In the practical built-in wardrobes, you can stow away all your holiday belongings. Another Smart TV entertains you when you're already snuggled into your blankets. Open the windows in the morning, and the sea sparkles in the distance. Wonderful! Next door, the modern, nearly new bathroom with an extra-large shower awaits you. On this floor is also the second bedroom, from which you can also enjoy a magnificent view of the sea. You can do your home office work at your own desk. But that's not all: for those who occasionally long for peace and seclusion, one floor up, hidden away, there's a small, cozy area with a TV and a lounge rocking chair. Next door is another bathroom with a shower—and a porthole with a view of the sea! Enjoy the large rain shower head and watch the waves outside!

Want even more wellness? Then take a look in the basement: Here, there's another bedroom with a cozy box spring bed. After an eventful day of vacation, a sauna, bathtub and waterfall shower, and a relaxation area with a TV invite you to unwind. Of course, there's also a utility room with a washing machine and dryer, as well as another refrigerator, at your disposal.

To start your vacation feeling right away, a cozy nest awaits you upon arrival: the beds are freshly made, and you will receive two towels, two bath towels, a bath mat, and a dish towel per person. We charge a fee of €25.00 per person for this service (excluding children under 3 years). For good health, please note that the laundry packages are mandatory for your booking due to hygiene reasons.

We also want to inform you: A tourist tax is levied on adult guests on the island of Sylt. We calculate this tax with your booking and pay it directly to the municipality—your guest cards will be in your vacation home upon arrival. For your booking, we charge a fee of €25.00.
