Vacation Home "El Ancla" with Sea View, Private Pool & Wi-Fi

Located in Playa Blanca, the vacation home "El Ancla" offers guests a fantastic view of the Atlantic. The 140 m² property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a TV, a game console, a fan, air conditioning and heating in both the living room and dining room, as well as a washing machine. A baby cot and a high chair are also available.

The accommodation offers a private outdoor area with a pool (which can be heated up to 30º), an open terrace, a covered terrace and a barbecue.

The property is located just 350 m from a supermarket and a 5-minute drive from the beach and the village centre, where you will find a bicycle rental shop. Furthermore, Montaña Roja can be reached in 15 minutes.

A parking space is available on the property.

Families with children are welcome.

One pet is allowed.

Smoking and celebrating events are not allowed.

Pros: The villa was clean and modern with all amenities. Susana is a gracious host, has good communication and was very accommodating. The saltwater pool is a good size and there is a shaded car parking space. All in all, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Amazing villa

A great villa in a quiet neighbourhood. As good, if not better, than the listing and pictures suggest. Well furnished with a really smart outside area and pool. A thirty minute walk to the lively area on the front so would recommend having a car. Great to explore the volcano next door!

Lovely villa. Exceptionally clean. Fantastic views. Very accommodating owners; generous welcome pack. Good quality pool towels provided. Excellent powerful showers in the bathrooms. Would stay again.

Excellent villa for families or couples the villa is immaculate

The villa and location is beautiful the views from the property are amazing also the property has everything you could ever need for your stay. Susana is a great host and had good communication throughout our stay. There was a fruit basket, juice, milk and chocolates for our daughter which was a good touch.

Excellent Easter Visit

Susanna was a fantastic host, allowing us to check in early due to our flight time, and provided a great ‘welcome basket’ with the most delicious Easter eggs! The pool was heated to a very pleasant 29 degrees, and it is a very quiet neighbourhood which suited us. We certainly plan on returning!

We’ve always booked villas holiday but this is the first time we have been greeted at the villa on arrival to be shown around which was great. The view is amazing and villa beautiful. Would stay again and can highly recommend it. Fabulous.

Family Holiday August 2023

Just returned home after a wonderful 10 day break, the Villa is magnificent pool is perfect size and the view is incredible. Susana couldn’t have been more helpful always available to answer any queries both before and during our stay. We fully recommend this fantastic holiday destination book now and you won’t be disappointed. Massive thank you to both Susana and Martin for helping us enjoy our holiday.

From arrival to departure Susana has been a perfect host. When we had an issue she resolved it straight away including driving to the airport as we had left our house keys on the bed. We will certainly be looking at going back. Thanks Susana

Villa El Ancla,what a great place to stay.Susana is a great host and kept us informed and updated through out the whole booking process.We we’re extremely grateful to be allowed to gain access early to the Villa due to the flight times from the UK. Martin met us and gave us a brief tour around the property and showed us how everything worked, the welcome pack was much appreciated and allowed us to celebrate the start of our holiday with a glass of fizz or two.The Villa itself was spotless and extremely spacious, beds very comfy,all the utensils you could want and some basic ingredients supplied to allow you to cook if required. The outside is amazing, plenty of space to relax ,salt water pool is a great size and the views over Playa Blanca and surrounding countryside whilst having breakfast or evening meal were fantastic.There is also a large shaded area if you do like to get out of the sun. We hired a car but the forty minute or so stroll down hill to the town is quite easy and you build up an appetite for the vast array of bars and restaurants that await you. The local taxi service is also excellent they usually arrive within minutes and a trip to town(5to6 euros) or the Marina (8to9 euros) is a must.Susana was always on the end of the phone for any problems that may occur and she also supplied us with lots of ideas of where to visit and to eat. At the end of our stay Martin met us to say goodbye and check that everything was ok! Definitely recommend.

Praktisch huis op fijne en rustige ligging.

Pros: De host had ons dadelijk na de boeking reeds geappt waardoor we ons al onmiddellijk welkom voelden. Ook de dagen voor aankomst stuurde ze berichten om onze aankomst zo fijn mogelijk te maken. Het huis is voorzien van alle comfort en is perfect gelegen alls uitvalsbasis om het eiland te ontdekken.

Toller entspannter Urlaub in einem schönen Ferienhaus

Pros: Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden, begonnen mit dem sehr freundlichen Check In von unserer Gastgeberin und einem ansprechend und hochwertig gestaltetem Ferienhaus. Der Blick von der Terrasse ist herrlich, die Bäder sind sehr schön und sauber, ebenfalls sind die Matratzen sehr bequem. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Wir haben uns in der Woche sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. Vielen Dank an unsere Gastgeberin Susana. Cons: nichts

Sehr schönes Haus, mit allem Komfort.

Pros: Wir hatten eine anstrengende Anreise, aber wir fühlten uns gleich sehr wohl durch die Begrüßung und die liebevolle Gestaltung mit Obst, Wein und Süßigkeiten. Der Blick auf das Meer, abends auf die Lichter des Ortes, der Pool den wir häufig genutzt haben. Es war sehr schön. Die Insel mit ihren Sehenswürdigkeiten, dem Nationalpark, Stränden usw., gerne nochmal. Die Gastgeberin stand immer für Fragen und Tipps über die Insel zur Verfügung. Cons: Es würde helfen wenn jeder Bewohner eine andere Handttuchfarbe bekommt. 😉

AMAZING PROPERTY AND HOST

We stayed in the property for a week. We felt welcomed even before we landed as i recieved messeges to welcome us and provide a better guide to get there. The host was present to welcome us and throught the stayed she informed us about local events and must go places. The property was very well equiped, spacious and very clean. It accomodated 6 of us very comfortably. The pool was well looked after. The property has ample parking and is 5-10 minutes drive from local aminities and the beaches. It has 3 beaches in close proxamity. Playa Blanca is an ideal location, away from the busy city life but not isolated to feel lonely. Food and shopping around is convienent and reasonable. Fyi do try the Chorros.

Perfekte Urlaubsvilla

Die Villa ist perfekt und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. In dieser Villa fehlt es wirklich an nichts. In ruhiger Lage genießt man die große Terrasse mit zwei überdachten Sitzplätzen, den beheizten Pool und den Blick über die Bucht von Playa Blanca. Die Gastgeberin ist ausgesprochen freundlich und entgegenkommend, sodass wir den Urlaub in jeder Hinsicht genossen haben. Wir kommen sicher wieder.

Excellent Villa

The property is better than listed, clean, spacious, very quiet and pleasant location that is a short ride to the centre of the town and nothing was too much trouble for the host. All round very pleased!

This villa will not disappoint

We enjoyed a wonderful holiday made even easier by Suzanne, the villa host. From day one when she welcomed us it felt like a home from home. I the villa is superbly presented with modern and exceptionally clean facilities throughout, and is just as photographed. We had everything on hand that we needed and Suzanne was only too happy to accommodate any queries we had.
