Cedar Cabin with Direct ATV Access Near Big Diamond Pond, New Hampshire

Nestled along a private dead-end road, this cedar cabin offers a peaceful getaway with direct ATV trail access right from the property. The area is well known for its abundant wildlife, including moose, deer, and many other native species, making it an excellent destination for outdoor enthusiasts and nature lovers.



Just 10 minutes away, Little Diamond Pond and Big Diamond Pond provide excellent opportunities for fishing, kayaking, and exploring the scenic beauty of the region.



The property is equipped with a variety of outdoor amenities, including an outdoor kitchen, a gazebo with a central fire pit, and firewood available for purchase as an add-on. Guests are also welcome to use two complimentary kayaks and life jackets during their stay. After use, please rinse the kayaks and return them to their original location.



Inside the cabin you'll find electricity a functional toilet and a shower for added convenience an additional outhouse with a porta-potty insert is also available on the property.



The cabin accommodates guests with three sleeping options, including a bunk bed with a full-size bed on the bottom and a twin bed on top, as well as a futon sofa.



**Please note: Guests must bring their own bedding, towels, washcloths, paper products, plates, and silverware.



This cabin operates on an honor system, helping guests avoid many of the additional fees commonly associated with other rental platforms. We kindly ask that you leave the property in the same condition in which you found it, or better. Please remove all personal belongings, trash, food items from both refrigerators before departure.



If any furniture, equipment, or outdoor items are moved during your stay, please return them to their original location before checking out.
