This neighborhood is a very special place to me. When I made the decision to move to the Olympic Peninsula over 20 years ago, I set out on an exhaustive search to find the perfect blend of peacefulness, natural beauty, views, and location. The few houses and properties you pass on the road are well spread out and often full of families of deer. The Freshwater Bay boat launch, park, and beach, are just down the road and other renowned recreational areas just a short drive away.

From the moment I drove up to the raw land, I knew it was going to be the perfect place to build a house.
