SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS & ACCESSIBILITY

Designed with room for everyone to spread out, each sleeping space pairs with its own compact bathroom:



Main Floor (2 steps to enter this level from the parking at the top of the driveway):

- Bedroom 1: Queen bed, vaulted ceiling, rocking chair, smart TV, closet, and a recently updated en-suite with shower

- Bedroom 2: Queen bed, smart TV, closet, and an updated en-suite with shower



**Main floor bedrooms are great for grandparents or guests with limited mobility who prefer avoiding stairs.**



Upstairs (Loft- walls open to the living room below):

- Bedroom 3: King bed, vaulted ceiling, dresser, and reading chair. There is a full bathroom with a shower located at the base of this staircase.



Lower Level (Basement):

- Bedroom 4: Queen bed, twin over twin bunk beds, smart TV, loveseat, shuffleboard table and en-suite full bath with a bathtub/shower combo. Perfect for kids, teens, or a young family branch!



The dedicated desk area is located off of the basement bedroom in a private nook.



*Good to Know about Accessibility*

- While the main floor offers easy step-free living, please note that the staircases leading to both the upper loft and lower basement level are narrower than in many homes built today(~ 2 feet wide).



FULLY STOCKED KITCHEN & DINING

Cook hearty post-ski meals with ease! The kitchen is equipped with:

- Large dining table designed for bringing everyone together

- Drip coffee maker, Moka Pot (for espresso), kettle, coffee grinder, crockpot, blender

- Weber gas grill located just outside the kitchen on the deck

- Fully stocked pots and pans

- Kids plates, bowls, and cups

- Relax and Unwind: Soak tired muscles in the hot tub after carving the slopes or gather around the fire pit for s'mores

- Modern Comforts: Mini-split heat/AC in each room, high-speed Wi-Fi, smart TVs, and an in-home washer and dryer to handle snowy gear or muddy hiking clothes

An exterior camera is located at the top of the driveway. It faces only the driveway and is used for monitoring driveway conditions during winter weather.
