The apartment is located on the first floor and has no steps. There are 3 bedrooms: one with a double bed and a TV, one with 2 single beds, and the third has a single bed. The spacious living room is furnished with a comfortable couch, a dining table, a TV, and a radio. The open-concept kitchen features all modern appliances, including a coffee maker for whole beans. The living room opens onto the terrace, which is, of course, furnished with patio furniture and a parasol. The bathroom has a shower and a washing machine. There are 2 parking spaces available.

What was once a tranquil fishing village has become a charming and modern vacation destination; it’s no longer an insider’s secret. Many nice little restaurants and cafes invite you to linger. Locally, there’s a beach chair rental service and several bike rental shops. You can experience the hustle and bustle on trips to Kühlungsborn and Warnemünde. The spa town of Bad Doberan is just 6 km away; the Hanseatic city of Rostock is only 20 km away, and a trip there is highly recommended.
