The apartment is located on the first floor of the building and has a total living area of approximately 70 m². Each of the two bedrooms has a double bed. A travel crib and a high chair are also provided. One bedroom also has a balcony that catches the morning sun. From the living room balcony, you can enjoy the magnificent view of the stunningly beautiful Lake Convent until the evening sun sets. The open-concept kitchen is equipped with all modern appliances, including a dishwasher. The entire apartment has underfloor heating. The living area features a cozy seating area and is equipped with a TV, radio, CD player, and DVD player. A bike shelter is available. Wi-Fi is provided free of charge. This beautiful three-room apartment is located in a quiet area, with a stunning view of the “Conventer Niederung” nature reserve and in close proximity to the Baltic Sea beach. Many charming little restaurants and cafes have sprung up in the surrounding area, inviting you to linger and enjoy a meal. For active vacationers, there are plenty of opportunities to enjoy water sports, play golf, or go for a run. A beautiful bike path along the Baltic Sea coast leads to Warnemünde or toward Kühlungsborn.
In Börgerende, a former small fishing village between Heiligendamm and the Baltic Sea resort of Nienhagen, situated directly on the Baltic Sea, tourism is still conducted in an eco-friendly and nature-oriented manner. Here you’ll find peace and relaxation. For variety and hustle and bustle, visit nearby towns such as Warnemünde or Kühlungsborn. Bad Doberan has much to offer in terms of culture and wellness. From here, a short trip on the nostalgic steam train “Molli” is also highly recommended. A day trip to the Hanseatic city is an experience for young and old alike, offering culture, shopping, and the zoo with its new Darwineum.
