Vacation Apartment in Villa Seestern

A stylishly furnished vacation rental, idyllically situated in a green setting, just about 500 meters from the Baltic Sea beach. "Villa Seestern" is situated in a very quiet and romantic setting surrounded by greenery, just about 500 m from the sandy beach, where you can sunbathe or swim in the Baltic Sea. In the immediate vicinity, you’ll find a small neighborhood grocery store and lovely restaurants. There are also plenty of sports options in town, such as tennis or mini-golf, and an outdoor fitness trail right along the cliffs overlooking the Baltic Sea. You’ll find a golf course in Elmenhorst. There’s also a sauna area in the immediate vicinity. The apartment offers many amenities, including a large southwest-facing balcony where you can wind down after a day at the beach in the evening, as well as a crib and high chair for our younger guests.
We also recommend a walk along the 10-meter-high cliffs or a beautiful bike ride on the European Cycling and Hiking Route along the Baltic Sea.

Bed linens & towels are not included but can be booked for an additional fee. Enjoy the close proximity to the beach and the mystical Ghost Forest—a paradise for walks, photography, and romantic sunsets. Rostock, Warnemünde, and the charming spa town of Bad Doberan—with its cathedral, summer toboggan run, and spa museum—offer a variety of day-trip destinations in the surrounding area.
The 3-km-long natural beach at Nienhagen and the picturesque cliffs are just a few minutes’ walk away. This Baltic Sea resort has been awarded the “Blue Flag” multiple times for its excellent water quality.

From Berlin: A19 → Rostock interchange → A20 toward Lübeck → Exit 13 Bad Doberan/Schwaan → Bad Doberan → Warnemünde → Rethwisch → Ostseebad Nienhagen.


From Hamburg: A1 → A20 toward Rostock → Exit 13 Bad Doberan/Schwaan → Bad Doberan → Warnemünde → Rethwisch → Ostseebad Nienhagen.

The approximately 60-square-meter, 2-room apartment is very bright and sunny, and the living room also features a sleeper sofa for the 3rd and 4th guests.
