The vacation park borders directly on Lake Garda and features a restaurant with a lake view, a bar, a lovely adult pool, and a children’s pool. From the pool and restaurant, you’ll enjoy a wonderful panoramic view of Lake Garda. The vacation village also features a mini-market, playground, Wi-Fi, a volleyball court, a small soccer field, table tennis, and a bocce court. Additionally, a mini-golf course and tennis courts are available for a fee just 300 meters away. The resort is particularly well-suited for families who prefer to do without organized activities and entertainment, ensuring that relaxation and rest are guaranteed! Washing machines and dryers are also available. Sun loungers are provided free of charge for guests at the beach and by the pool (subject to availability). The resort offers a magnificent view of a 3-km-long pebble beach that stretches from the harbor in Dusano all the way to San Sivino. Dogs are not permitted anywhere in the resort.<br>The brick three-room vacation home, situated on a slightly elevated site, consists of a bedroom with a double bed—which can also be converted into two single beds—and another room with a bunk bed and a single bed. The living area features an additional sleeping space and a well-equipped kitchen with dishes, silverware, pans, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. The bathroom has a sink, a shower stall, and a toilet. The covered patio with a table and chairs is perfect for relaxing, while the children can play on the playground. Travel time from the Italian border is approximately 2 hours. The houses are spaced out generously across the property, meaning there is plenty of green space. Note: If you need more than one accommodation, this is usually possible with us, as we have several properties of the same type. <br>ARRIVAL DATE + LENGTH OF STAY<br>Please refer to the calendar for arrival and departure dates, as well as the minimum length of stay for your desired season. Note: If, for any reason, you are unable to arrive on the scheduled arrival date, you may, of course, check in the following day (please notify us before arrival). The same applies if you wish to depart early; in this case, departure on the previous day is also possible. However, the rental period and price specified at the time of booking remain unchanged. <br>BEACH<br>The pebble beach is less than a 2-minute walk from the vacation home and is directly accessible. Beach chairs are available (subject to availability).
