Lovely home in Rovinj

Villa Artiana has a lot to offer for your family vacation. Its proximity to the well-known tourist town of Rovinj and the sea, but actually located in a small quiet village, makes it a great combination to promise a great vacation. Villa Artiana is a beautifully restored, air-conditioned villa for a maximum of 8 + 2 persons. The main house houses the comfortable and charming living room, the modern dining area and the fully equipped kitchen with all necessary amenities on the first floor.

The internal staircase leads to the second floor where the 4 beautifully decorated master bedrooms are located. 2 bedrooms are ensuite and have double beds. The other 2 bedrooms are each equipped with 2 single beds. There are 2 further bathrooms on the same floor. Another staircase leads you up to the loft, where there is an additional lovely room with a double bed that can accommodate the +2 guests. Adjacent is an ensuite bathroom.

There are many activities on site that you can enjoy during your stay at Villa Artiana. As well as relaxing on the sun loungers sunbathing or swimming in the private pool, there is also a hot tub and an outdoor dining area with barbecue. Next to the main house is the additional building of Villa Artiana (accessible from the pool area), where a wine bar & olive oil tasting is possible. On the first floor you will still find a nice room for various common activities, whether you want to play a bit of billiards, or try your luck with table tennis, table soccer or even darts :)

On the second floor there is a special room just for children - a colorful playroom for the little guests, full of different kinds of toys. There is an additional guest toilet on the first floor as well as a garage with 2 parking spaces, and 2 more parking spaces in the yard.

Rovinj offers the beautiful crystal clear blue Adriatic Sea, 22 islands and islets, untouched nature, rich cultural heritage and cultural events, especially during the summer months.

The old town of Rovinj is known for its Venetian architecture, cultural heritage, archaeological sites, museums, medieval streets and warm Mediterranean landscape.

Rovinj and its surroundings offer various hiking and cycling trails, paintball, climbing, paragliding, modern tennis courts, soccer pitches, beach volleyball courts, handball courts and much more. You can either enjoy the first beach, swim, snorkel or try various water sports. (e.g. water skiing, windsurfing).

Last but not least, you can enjoy delicious Mediterranean and Istrian specialties.
