In the heart of Berlin you will find this modern furnished 3 bedroom apartment (90sqm). Located in Berlin-Moabit which is a district of Berlin-Mitte, the city-west as well as the center of Berlin is easily accessible. The apartment can accommodate up to 11 people. It has 3 separate bedrooms. Sightseeing, nightlife, Tegel Airport and the main station are within easy reach.

The apartment is thoroughly cleaned and then disinfected before each check in. The check in is done online and contactless.

The 4-room apartment (90sqm) with barrier-free access can accommodate up to 11 people.

Wi-Fi is free of charge in the entire accommodation. Free public parking is available right outside the front door. If you wish, you can also book a parking space (15 euros/day), subject to availability.

The apartment is thoroughly cleaned and then disinfected before each check in. Towels and bedding are of course included in the price. Cribs are available on request.

The bright, spacious apartment features a spacious living room with a large flat-screen TV, a comfortable sofa bed, a sleeper chair, as well as a large kitchen and a cozy dining area. The open-plan eat-in kitchen is fully equipped and includes a dishwasher. The bathroom has a rain shower and a toilet. In addition, the apartment has 3 separate bedrooms.

1st bedroom:
1x double bed (1.60 x 2.00m)

2nd bedroom:
2x single bed (90 x 2.00m)

3rd bedroom (also ideal to use as a family room):
1x Large double bed (1.60 x 2.00m) +.

4th living room: 1x sofa bed (1.40 x 2.00m) + 1x single bed (90 x 2.00m)

Various Berlin highlights can be easily explored by public transport, whether the Brandenburg Gate, the famous Friedrichstraße, the Kurfürstendamm or Checkpoint Charlie. You will also find several bars and restaurants in the immediate vicinity.

The apartment is all to yourself.

Before your arrival you will receive an invitation for our online check-in. After the execution you will receive your personal door code, with which you can enter your apartment, on the day of your arrival from 3 pm, without personal interaction.

If you have any questions or wishes I am glad to help you at any time before and during your stay.

Birkenstraße Underground Station (U9) is 300 meters away and the train station "Beusselstr." is only 150 meters away from the apartment. The A10 motorway is a 5-minute drive away.

Please note: As a professional host we will send you a link for our online check in 3 days before your arrival. At the online check-in you will receive the door code for your apartment and all information about entering the apartment.

Furthermore we will request a damage deposit (between 200 and 400 EUR). The deposit will be only "blocked", but not debited. The deposit will be released approx. 24 hours after a flawless check-out.
The apartment can be entered at the latest from 3 PM on the day of arrival and should be vacated before 11 AM on the day of departure. If the apartment is ready for occupancy earlier, you will receive a message from us on the day of your arrival. Furthermore you can store luggage in our luggage room before entering or after leaving the apartment.

We will send you a link for your online check in 3 days before your arrival. At the online check-in you will receive the door code for your apartment and all information about entering the apartment.

At the online check in we request a damage deposit (between 200 and 400€) via Papal or credit card. The deposit will be only "blocked", but not debited. The deposit will be released approx. 24 hours after a flawless check-out.

Please read our house rules carefully:

- No disturbing noise/music (after 10.00 pm) or parties

The apartment is located in a residential neighborhood so please take care to avoid disturbing noise (especially in the backyard) and pay respect to the night rest of other residents of the house particularly after 10PM.

- Damages, losses and violations

Our apartment is equipped with lovely selected and high-grade furnishing. Please use our equipment carefully and in case you face any problem with the apartment while your stay, please inform us immediately. Please leave the apartment in the same general condition as you found it on arrival. Any damage caused during your stay must be compensated by you.

- Smoke and animal prohibition in our apartment

All our apartments are equipped with smoke detectors. If you would like to smoke please use the balcony or leave the house. Pets are not allowed inside the apartments (guests could suffer from allergies).

- Return of the apartment

On your departure day the return (check out) of the apartment is always possible until 11 am. We are happy to offer you to keep your luggage after the check out until you leave. Please take care of the cleanliness and tidiness of the apartment. At check-out please put all used dishes in the dishwasher and remove any rubbish, leaving the apartment in the same condition as you occupied it.

Of course a final cleaning of the apartment is included in your room rate. Please note, however, that we have to charge an additional cleaning fee of EUR 100 for highly contaminated apartments. Strong impurities also include possible odor nuisance.

In case of contraventions or disturbances against our house rules we reserve the right to cancel your booking immediately, with keeping the whole rental fee and the deposit. Any further regulations of damage is reserved by us.
